Source? AFAIK this is not true.

Most of all thay you can easily google.

As far as him now speaking against ab266, that came from a mendo contact that saw him at a meeting recently. I have a handful of mendo and Humboldt contacts. But I can not provide tangible evidence of him. Now speaking against ab266.

Was that strictly what you were asking or were you asking for evidence of the whole thing. I can easily hop on Google and give you some links but you could do that yourself as well.

EGA and Hezikiah Allen are definitely still supporting ab266. You can go check out EGA Facebook page. We put them on blast and they deflected most of the questions. https://m.facebook.com/story.php?st...343175&notif_t=feed_comment_reply&ref=m_notif

My contact in mendo specifically stated hez was speaking against ab266 at this particular event. I thinks he's back peddling and could have a lot to do with measure D exemptions for mendo and humboldht.

he's playing a two faced game but yeah he for sure is in ultimate favor of ab266 but thanks to two people you hopefully will be meeting soon, ab266 got put on "postponed" status after the indictment and hez news was slapped on key people's desks in the capital yesterday.

Everyone really needs to call the authors of ab266 and 243 and assemblyman woods and let them know that we the people are well aware of the coercive monopoly they are trying to help Dan rush and Hezekiah Allen build!

Sunfire, I'm aware of the other allegations that have been published, and I questioned you specifically about the point that I know to be untrue.

Right on hezekiah, thanks for stopping in. Your post in the yuba county thread really gave away your position.

Ok whatever, who cares, I'll strike that comment if it makes you feel so much more knowledgeable. Hezekiah wasn't speaking against ab266. Does that make you feel better???

Why are you focusing on such a trivial thing? Why are you trying to down play ab266 being in suspense?

Seriously are you Hezekiah himself or one of his minions?

Tankerton, prop, do you guys know this fool? Sounds like a zeke rehash, yall may want to keep an eye on him.

I've been dealing with insurgents for half a year now. Your attitude and mentality is not of one that wishes to help with the cause.

Here's something POSITIVE that everyone can and hopefully will do. This is a repost from the cchi group. It's a list of numbers that people can and hopefully will call. Let these congress critters know how you feel about ab266 and 243 and help kick these bad bills while they are down! This is extremely important!

I don't know him but he is correct. Ab266 went into suspense file with dozens of other bills. It's my understanding that any bill that has a fiscal impact of over 150k must go on suspense file. It's scheduled to be revisited 8/27 but hopefully it isn't. Did you see that Mark Terbeek, Dan rush's dirty lawyer and fBI informant, is also the lawyer for ccpr, the people behind reformca. This is a dirty fucking game

Dude Dan rush is directly linked to reformca. Which is pretty much a rehash of prop19.

here you want to see the federal indictment...? The lawyer spills all and reveals a lot of connections. I can email it to you if you pm me it's too big to post here.

yeah he's correct about bills going to suspense. But are you agreeing with him that it's not a big deal??? The entire cchi group, the caa, and rick and deb are all feverishly pushing everyone to call the people on that list to complain. I think it's a huge fucken deal and shouldn't be viewed as "oh well, lots of bills go into suspense." That attitude will only allow them to roll into 243 or some other bill. We need to strike now while the iron is hot!

I didn't say it wasn't a big deal what I said was all bills that have a fiscal impact of over 150 k must go in suspense file first. I also am aware that many bills don't come out of the suspense file and I hope that is the case here.

I know from many many years on IC (albeit under a different handle) that Mapinguari is an upstanding member of the community, and an all around good contributor. Lets keep it positive and constructive in the home stretch.

martin teerbeek is a straight SNITCH...how is that him and the other snitches are allowed to stay running reform CA? that shit better all die in the water right now.

everybody in the bay area should be boycotting BLUM and greendoor right now, derek peterson should be exiled from the industry.

anyways....shits still pretty depressing in butte county, heard of more checks recently. im very very burnt out on this county, people are running costco sized grows in WA and CO, biulding new ones in OR and los angeles, and we are getting hassled over backyard personal shit. herb is being demonized bigtime in CA right now with all the groundwater shortage stories the media has been blasting.....letting the greedy central valley farmers keep pumping yet blaming the water shortage on marijuana, fucking ridiculous. and these new water regulations coming down the pipeline, groundwater monitering!! cant believe this shit is happening....

Oregon has its own similar issues. I backed out of a property near Ashland because of them.

I have a contact in eugene that's part of a pac with multiple lawyers and a lobbyist. He told me to wait until next year as the political landscape is still changing. Oregon will start accepting applications for licenses on January 4th, but that might get pushed back farther.

Possibly marching on the Capital to protest AB 266 & 243!!
Need a headcount of people willing to come down and join this.
Print Media & Television News coverage is certain...are you in?
Date and Time TBA. The 26th is what's being discussed, right before they revisit and possibly vote on the 27th. Carpool are already being organized in multiple counties. Come on down and help us out butte.

AB 243 just got more fun!

On Tue, Aug 18, 2015 at 9:43 AM, Dale Gieringer <[email protected]> wrote:
Note that AB 243 has been amended to impose a weight-based excise tax on medical marijuana production. The tax level is not specified, but left blank at $___ per ounce. This provision is a hurried, last-minute addition that has not been heard by relevant policy committees.*
Patient advocates should howl against this. It's perverse to tax medical, but not illegal, recreational marijuana.
The effect will be to create a huge economic disincentive for growers to participate in the regulated medical market.*
Because it's a tax, this will take a 2/3 vote to pass in the legislature. Normally this would be an impossible political obstacle, but there's a danger that legislators could be stampeded into approving this now. We should call on legislative leaders to kill this turkey now.

pretty sure jan 4th is just about set in stone; but there is also a 2 year residency requirement in order to apply for licensing. I'm going to be an oregon resident within the next month.

Oregon>California, unless you're young and single, then CA>OR 100%
