So it's official Butte County has now stopped posting measure a checks on the sheriffs log. I will check with the lawyer to see if this is legal and if we can do anything about it. It's important now more than ever for us to report code enforcement activity and helicopters locations through other channels.

damn they are hiding their tracks. its weird because on the BSANE website it says you can follow the progress of measure A checks...so even the snitching measure A supporters cant even check to verify if their neighbors they snitched on got checked lol...

i'm not much more than a stone's throw away from the border and would have no problem moving there, but i just can't find a way around the 2 year thing.

Several, independent, growers in the NE portion of Yuba County, near the Butte/Yuba County line, believe there’s a mite (rustomoite?), concocted by the government, being dropped from flyovers. The mite disguises itself as part of a maturing bud and eventually wipes it out.

If this is true, it’s got to be an atomic bomb from a legal perspective – there must be health and environmental impacts from doing crap like this, aside from the illegal and stealth manner it’s being applied.

If it’s false, people should stop spreading this rumor.

not planning on getting around it, just planning to get a jump on it...CA's legalization will be 2 years away anyways, so if I'm gonna wait 2 years it may as well be for a license that I will be more likely to afford in a place that I'd rather be regardless.....I'm not confident that CA will put a bill in place that gives us small timers a fighting chance...that and the fact that the uneducated public more than likely already can't differentiate between a small grower and a mass producer and just lumps us all up as guys with money falling out of our ears....the bill that taxes the most & defines the way the taxes are utilized the least will be the one that goes through...this state is too corrupt from the bottom up for shit to ever not be a ponzi.

Use a proper IPM and it won't matter if they are dropping the bugs on you or not cause they are already everywhere and flying insects and animals move them very efficiently. Moths sleeping on the undersides of leaves i think are the major culprits.

AB 266 just got some fucked up revisions! Holy crap we are so screwed if this shit passes. Huge huge fines compounded daily if you are caught growing "commercially" and the county and city are pretty much given incentive to bust people cause they get the fines from the bust. The bill also gives county and city complete authority to ban MJ altogether but doesn't allow county and city to over ride ab266 at all. They replaced the measure D language with a "L050" license trying to act like we can be fooled.

Straight up trying to nail the coffin lid on all of us! People don't realize the severity of situations until through reality is in their face. No one takes a drought serious until their well runs dry and they start freaking out.

Don't let this bill turn into a situation like that! Protest and march in the capital the 26th the day before they bring it back to vote on it
