yea chopper was flying up near forbestown earlier this week, just passed by heading north no hovering this time since all our 200s are empty up there…but it definately seems they fly our ridge twice a month to make sure me and 2 other properties that got checked havent replanted...

Net 5 says they will be out from now till the end of the season. Everyday they are busy taking plants down. an agent said this. And yes rechecking gardens looking for replants. This place sucks! Oregon is looking better and better.

Maybe maybe not, rackerby and berry creek area may be there jurastriction. Is a Yuba sutter task force, but they seem to know a lot about what's going on. I wouldnt be suprised if they work hand in hand with butte sherriff.

Net5 is named so as they have jurisdiction in 5 counties. I'm sure it can be googled but I believe it's yuba, sutter, butte, nevada, AAnd 1 other

captain where did you see that net5 claim? the recent big bust out in the concow area where they found 900 plants was done by bintf i rarely see net5 in butte busts, its almost always exclusively special enforcement unit (seu) and butte interagency narc task force..

lots of checks in concow and palermo/south oroville last week, and two SEU busts involving hash oil lab and the illegal 900 plant grow.

that dude is the leader of FACT, and one of butte's most vocal and outspoken supporters of measure A. hes the same one who compared marijuana to plutonium in the "butte county reefer madness" clip on youtube.

wish i knew there was a measure A update at the BOS today, ive been wanting to go to one of those for a while. how all these uptight cranky conservatives are able to infiltrate these meetings and get their ridiculous "make the community safer" soundbits into an article every time is maddening. cant believe we dont have one good voice for the growing community to offset the idiotic propaganda of the prohibitionists...

still pretty fucking hillarious how they only collected 50k in fines. that alone should be a news story, how butte spent 800k to generate 50k in fines.

so they are gearing up for a big sweep somewhere....anyone care to guess? they already hit cherokee, yankee hill, concow, forbestown, and parts of berry creek pretty hard. i wonder what area is gonna catch the heat soon...

my guess would probably be a resaturation of berry creek or forest ranch areas...

BOS meetings

BOS meetings

If you are interested in attending a BOS meeting they are held the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month (unless there is a holiday). Code enforcement gives an update on their activities at each meeting, usually toward the beginning of the meeting. If you would like to watch from home and not participate, the meetings are also steamed live online and archived if you would like to view older meetings.

Usually they don't invite public comment on the code enforcement portion of the meeting. It seems to me that Teeter knew ahead of time who the commenters were, what they were going to say and that the local media was going to report it. The only mmj person who commented was the last guy (he stood up for 215 patients rights, sort of) but he seems to attend every meeting and comment on everything when given the chance.

I really hate seeing people go up to the mic and kiss BOS ass. It would be great if we had a couple of well spoken individuals from the pro mmj comment at each meeting.

I could put together a well cited and worded little speach for you guys. But realistically they won't give a shit. You should have seen the BOS meetings here in yuba. Omg we had so many good speakers with on point numbers and credible facts with refferences and the BOS was pretty much not listening or caring at all! There's greater forces at work here. It's all corporate prep for 2016 recreational. Unfortunately butte has a lot more money then yuba. If you all really want to see a change, everyone is going to have to drop all the "I'm too busy" excuses and make a lifestyle change to allow the political fight to be your number 1 priority.

yea the one meeting i went to it really seemed like teeter and wahl couldn't give a flying shit about the speakers at all. a bunch of people were giving passionate speeches on asking for additional funds for disabled and elderly care and the BOS faces were stiff and they still denied funding.

Got video of them drowning out a TV show but didn't catch the chpopper. I heard them for a good couples minutes before they flew over. I don't know where these cocksuckers think they are but apparently they think they can fly like its Vietnam and the oaks are their cover from us turrists'

Im going to have to check out the FAA complaint process soon
