The first sweep by ordinance enforcement was in Thermalito. Then later last week they hit Palermo near Utah and Mackintosh Roads. They seem to have made it east only as far as Grier. It is odd that they are much less visible than during their efforts at the beginning of the season. Rumors were flying that they had run out of money, that a couple of growers had hired attorneys and beaten them, and that there were not enough sheriffs to escort them.
It does seem that grows that are well away from houses and neighbors have been left alone, which makes me wonder whether the rumor that they are really flying around in the helicopter filling out anonymous complaints is true.
There are many vacant homes around. It seems that a decrease in rural property values is coming and unavoidable. This is not a beautiful county, we have lots of sunshine, and stupid people, but not much to draw others here.

At least 100 growers have hired the same attorney and are preparing individual lawsuits.
Due to the fact that we only see enforcement listed on the sheriffs logs on Tuesday and Wednesday for the last month does suggest they are running low on funds. Although they did not list any enforcement for the thermal into raids last week on the logs.
They are flying the helicopter making complaints themselves and they are going after people well away from residential areas that have no neighbors but it has since slowed in the ultra rural properties. They seem to be going for densely packed area grows in residential neighborhoods. These neighborhoods are more likely to have small personal use gardens.
Butte housing market is definitely going to shit. It was probably close to the hottest real estate market in California over previous two seasons.

Dan rush got pinched by the feds. So now the two main proponents of ab266 have been pinched by the feds! I hope everyone realizes that Hezekiah Allen and dan rush are not our saviors and have been trying to establish a coercive monopoly on california cannabis for a long time now.

Water board meets on the 21st in concow for butte. This isn't the worst thing in the world. It should be the first step in regulation than ease into a more regulated market after 2016 election. Personally EGA ain't saying shit at our meeting. Fuck them they don't speak for butte county. I highly doubt they would send anyone to Butte. They know we despise them and with the saturation enforcement butte county is conducting right now it would be ugly if they were there. In general this would be a real good thing. When people claim env damage we could then say look we are doing everything up to ca water board standards
These 3 particular meeting are for the central valley water board, pretty much a state level water board, not county.
I fear that the water board restrictions will be insanely tight and we won't be able to comply and grow a collective garden at the same time, but who knows for sure.
So alot of crazy shit has been happening on the state level. The cchi group straight confronted me on IG via the caa out of Santa cruz. After some talking they wanted to help spread some news of AB 266, dan rush, and Hezekiah allen. I made em an email that contained two documents, I can try to post them if people want. They also agreed to back the compassionate and sensible access act which is great because that constitutional amendment was written to be coupled with something exactly like the cchi! Mother fucken progress and unity son!!!
This email text shall act as a cover page to these two documents in an attempt to explain why this recent federal and sheriff activity is extremely important in regards to ab266 and 243. These documents also serve as an excellent reminder to question everything, to perform independent research, and to beware of wolves in sheep's clothing.
The island mountain raids revealed an armada of illegal grows in the Emerald tringle. 86.5k plants in total. This article only serves as a refference to which Hezekiah Allen is an owner of one of the parcels that a thousand plants was discovered on. It also has some interesting "related articles" that shows you the type of press this has gotten us especially in regards to the water crisis in california that medical patients are being blamed for after we are grouped and classified with the likes of Hezekiah Allen.*
This is incredibly shocking when one considers that Hezekiah Allen was a main proponent of AB266 and 243. He helped write the language for these bills. There's been many people who have been on to his games for some time now but a large portion of california medical patients arnt aware of his attempts to create a coercive monopoly in the california cannabis industry.
Bill 243 is extremely alarming in regards to the island mountain raids. 243 is all about environmental impacts of cannabis farming and water use. Look it up if you havnt read it yet. Ironically being a proponent of 243, Hezekiah was caught up in a bust that the press is calling an environmental disaster.
The second document is the official federal indictment for Dan Rush. If you havnt heard in the news already, he was pinched by the feds and charged with accepting bribes and a slew of other charges that indicate nothing short of a cooperative attempt to build his own cannabis empire using AB266 to achieve that goal. Dan rush had also helped write the language for AB266 and the indictment indicates some of his other connections in california.
So how is the all relevant to what happened with AB266*today*in the capital? Every member of the appropriation committee had these documents placed on their desks by two particular activists that held conversation with many important and powerful people*today*in the capital. Theres a strong chance that this might be what had caused the postponed status of AB266 and I'm sure the authors and assemblyman woods are not going to be pleased about being on the "known associates" list of these two criminals.
It very well may be a good idea to alert all your friends and associates to these wolves that have been disguised amongst and feeding off of us all. Sharing these documents and info about ab266 and 243 with everyone you know might also be very proactive. More importantly, call the authors of these bills and assemblyman woods, to inform them that we the people are aware of the coercive monopoly they were creating with Dan Rush and Hezekiah Allen. Now is our best chance to strike down these two bills before they get pushed through on urgency status as AB266 was, just only yesterday. Please, stand up and let roar the cry for freedom.
