Ukrainian officials are relocating Ukrainians from areas that are seeing fighting and where the threat is very real that fighting will be happening where they live. The Ruzzians are trying to claim that their kidnapping of Ukrainian children and shipping them off to Russia is morally equivalent to the Ukrainian govt relocating it's own civilians out of the line of fire.
