tuna is expensive. skipjack type tuna is cheaper. i eat that , good for you.

Its them german genetics im sure. Grandfather was 6,3 but who knows. maybe its the bbq

we would always have potatoes during the week.
my mom was saving up for the weekend where she would cook something more 'sophisticated'. meat was rare, maybe a chicken thigh or two in a soup, or chicken livers roasted with onions and served with polenta. my folks dont eat pork.
mom would push the limits.
but to this day, potatoes and polenta with a little bit of cheese is soulfood to me.
