Wow, that would be in the 90-100F range appx.
Its 100F here right at the moment, the thing thats funny is the high temps are going drop like 10 degrees F overnight, and its going to stay that way for awhile, sound like its going to get warmer up north insted.

I got out and watered everything whether it needed it or not, they all looked well.

This rainy July will pay big dividends when the sun returns. Look for an explosion of new growth over the next couple of weeks.

hi!
lots of nice pics! very interesting to read about your projects!

I live on a nice little island and have a little field of dreams growing in the bush, all this rain we had before the sun came back end of june was such a delaying factor in the plants growth that i dont even think that they grew more than a few inches over four weeks, the sun made the just explode. Im sure that it partially had to do with low night temps ( close to ten degrees c a lot of the nights) the nutrients were washed out too.

blessed be the sun! they all grew around a foot en two weeks after that and are now around 18 to 24 iches. they seem to love fishfertiliser, they dont seem to get enough of it.

I hope this will be a nice harvest at the end..

peace and love to you all, good luck with it all!

oh yeah here is a few pics of my nycd´s!

stoneshaper-Thats a pretty cool looking grow there! Looks like you found a soft crack between the rocks and filled it with soil?

Here are couple of my favorites-

thanx backcountry!

yeah!, youve done that too im sure!(thesoftspotinbetween.)

treeplanting skills from seasons in the north planting, hehe!

it works well!

i just wrote a little history of the spot on my brother bonecarvers project eden thread..
but yes thats one of the naturally usable locations i prefer, a fold in between slightly higher areas where there is allready a collection of composted materials and enough water holding capacity in the surroundings to minimize watering.
so far ive only had to carry 48 liters once from the lake close by!
it took two trips.

its hard work to farm, and i make it easier with using a water collection system and reservoir. all organic, fish fertiliser is the only food i use and a little molasses for the microbes..

it sure is my field of dreams, allready showing preflowering tendencies, a promising sign, since it might take a while to finish the flowering, i opted for this spot that has a mountain that cuts of the light in the evening just to make it a little earlier finishing, i hope.

early morning sun makes it a great spot to sleep under the stars on a beautiful night, silent except for the beavers in the lake, slamming their tails into the water, scaring the frogs to silence.

i have high hopes, though knowing that nature takes and nature gives, hoping that everything will be cool!

peace! your pics look nice! i wish i had started earlier that first of june.......
take care
