Funny you ask actually. I was in the garden today and I noticed a couple things. One is that she is noticeably more frosty in just the few days since I took the pics. Surprising how fast the development is happening.
The other thing I noticed is that her scent profile is beginning to change a little. Although she had a thick rich creamy berry smell, I considered it a delicate fragrance. Today she seemed to have taken on a bit more pungent aroma. My thought was that there's a bit more of a bite to it, maybe a bit more sour. Now that you mention lime, that could be what I'm noticing. I'm gonna have to take another sniff next time I'm at the garden but it won't be for a couple days. I got a shared garden with my bro.
Thanks for your observations and question Chili I forgot all about the sour bubble being in there. One more thing to love about it.
I hate to say this folks - but situations in life have forced me to let go of my garden entirely for a while. This includes the Digi Bx1 -stb male.
I wish I could have gotten more time with him - but alas it just isn't so. I have a bit of pollen sealed and frozen - so not all is lost - but it is now EXTREMELY limited as to what will be done in the future...
Sorry. I won't lie. I cried a bit as he fell...and paced about like a mad man before as I built up the gall to do what I know I must...
So sorry to hear that DF. Hopefully you'll land in a better place where you can get your garden back on track. I know I felt like a part of me was missing when I had to go without a garden for a year. I wish you the best brother.
Does this mean you will be taking a break from IC as well?
No - I'll be checking in still - just not actively hobbying...not illegal to look.
Folks gotta learn how to install OS to SD cards that have truecrypt installed - boot from external device - and TOR browse. It's a pretty safe and secure way of keeping a computer clean and leaving no trace...
MASSIVE YIELD potential in those plants. Gonna be 55-63 day - real tropical / fruity salad type smells. These plants STACK their colas. Don't hesitate to let them keep their bottom nugs either - right pheno fills in up the full stem...
Nice to see ya Chucky!!
Thanks Scrappy, Pyratth, puffinpass, bench_warmer - appreciate the kind words and showing of support...
I'm really bummed about it - big time - but in the future there will be more Bx1's to be sprouted - and Bx2's - and IX's - all waiting in the seed vault - just itching to see some nice organic life applied to them - so - with every loss, come the possibility of a greater future - or so I keep telling myself.
It'll take some adjusting and refocusing of my priorities to adjust - but I've just fallen too far behind on too many facets of life to keep walking the same walk...
I'll try my best to keep the information flowing - although, in the spirit and proper nature of what this project has been since day one - another will come and take up a torch - and fall in love - and carry it themselves for a bit.
Digi Dubb was on the list as well for one day - although I know how you feel about dubb - just one of those plants that is fine left the way she is...hehehehe.
I REALLY always wanted to do Jacks x Digi - but alas that one is probably a lost cause. But really I was after the sprite / lemon x blueberry combo - so schrom or perhaps Larry would have also been a stellar choice...
You the man Phillthy - look at all these folks growing Carolina Blue x now - hehehe!!
