Certain examples of cities with elevated ozone readings are Houston, Texas, and Mexico City, Mexico. Houston has a reading of around 41 ppb, while Mexico City is far more hazardous, with a reading of about 125 ppb.
How much ozone do you need to filter a grow?
I gotta stop reading wiki!
lets just hope the screen doesnt get overfilled.
Aero, you really should read up on ozone. It's terrible for your health. "[FONT=Arial, Helvetica] Ozone is a gas that can cause health problems, including respiratory tract irritation and breathing difficulty "I have no idea? I have one of the old living air purifiers that creates neg ions rated to treat 2,000 sq feet in a 140 sq foot room. The model I use was discontinued for creating an unsafe amount of Ozone (likely still very little ozone). I sometimes leave it on in the room if I suspect company and it gets pretty strong but my last grow stilll overpowered it for the last 2 weeks of flower. I don't stay in the room with it on, goes off when I go in the room.
Yes, it's looking close, not a bad problem to have, I'll train them the best I can.
Cool bro. I was just considering moving to Mexico to cut down on carbon costs I noticed that my air circulation fan's sticker right under the PLLs went faded really quick (sort of like the pics of ozone effects I've seen) and remembered someone telling me about electrical equipment giving off ozone. In my head I thought hmmmm maybe the lights etc give off some ozone so our grows are actually stinkier than we think, in reality Clearly I think too much.
Long time no root porn! *wink*
