As of the advent of the Supercomputer in Utah, EVERYONE is on a watch list in one way/to one extent or another.
It's a selective enforcement tool. As though the feds have ever been intelligent enough to know what to do with data or how to effectively use it.
And as of well over 15 years ago, your business records are no longer YOURS, either. And they are subject to seizure via a field agent's NSL, after which a federal forensic accountant can review them for what's not in there, what's in there, and what doesn't add up.
Yet most of us are still here, and I still cross borders willy-nilly, with few delays (notwithstanding an overzealous Immigration dude in Brisbane, Australia, and even that was a relatively minor delay, mostly as a result of my knowing what NOT to say).
Don't fear the voyeuristic fascists, just know their game and tools. Chances are they're more frightened of the dust bunnies under their beds than you are of the ones under yours, and they've been that way for a very long time.
Palmer Raids?
