vs.

a person, who has grown 3 different reproductions of zamaldelica observed many different phenotype.

(old, "trippy" (malawi dom ?), and new (presumably a reproduction towards malawi (??)) (as noted similarity between two)

https://www.icmag.com/ic/attachment.php?attachmentid=348855&stc=1&d=1455023161These are not reproductions. These are the original Zamaldelica. The thinnest one, was Zamal. The darker one was thai (very touchy with nitrogen) and then an in between thai/Zamal, and then the Malawi dominant. The new version of the Zamaldelica elite I grew. It was basically like the Malawi pheno. Not so powerful though.

By the way, the big one is the Zamal/Thai. It was probably the trippiest weed and a 4 hour thrill ride like no other. They are all different highs. The Malawi pheno one can spot right off with the dark, fat leaves.

Comparing it to what I've grown of the early version it looks like a zamaldelica pheno, my male breeder looked a lot like that one in your pic with similar branch and leaf structure.

Dubi mentioned that the males he used to breed the new stock of Zamaldelica looked a lot like mine, yours being of the newer stock could very well be what the new release has stabilized into with Dubis' rework of the strain.

What kind of smells are you getting? Rub the stem between your fingers and sniff, what aromas do you detect?

For me, I have found that, I truly wasn't sure what phenotype I had till it had sat in the jar and cured for a few months. I have also found that it didn't matter a whole lot as all of it was excellent smoke and was a nice headstash that was hard to keep on the shelf long enough to get a good cure.

high @ all;
so here you can see two different Zamaldelica phenos...
I had three different from three beans... 2 more Malawi looking while one smells more like the fruity early Malawi the other smells more like ananas, vanilla...
My fav is the fox tailing mango/carrot smelling Zamaldelica...
A dream... really something for connoisseurs!
@ the moment she is number one one my top 3 list while Golden Tiger(thai pheno) is number 2 and 3 is now Malawi...
there is also Purple Haze & Malawi, Malawi&PCK and some outdoor stuff so the top 3 list might change... PH&M is still curing and need longer!
thx dubi for this absolute amazing top sativa genetics again!
You are a ganja wizard!
Can't get enough ;-)
Ahh flower times: from start flower to finish 12 weeks @ 12/12 hps&Mh @ the last 4 weeks for better taste ;-)
P.S. not so sensitive to nutrients like Malawi or PH&Malawi.
enjoy
M.

Left Malawi leaning pheno right side my favorite Zamaldelica!

I'm digging the description of the taste and smells of the phenos and those buds looking real good +1. I have 8 going right now so I'm hoping for at least one pheno that takes my head straight to the sky. I will for sure be sharing my results and findings.

I had a bad episode of fungus gnats last year so a lot of my seedlings and plants died. I'm glad I figured out the problem before starting these Zamaldelica seeds especially after how excited I'm getting because of threads and posts like these. Really can't wait!

I need to put up a few pics of my Zamaldelica (only have one this round, unfortunately) so you Ace experts can help me figure out which pheno I have. I'm hoping its the or [a] trippy one....

Hello sativa!!!!
Wow, you found a winner, do you have clones? If not, please take some.

She is clawing because she wants a well composted soil and your soil may have too much food. IME, I get the best sativa runs using soil that had 2 or 3 runs and was amended sith only gypsum.
I bet she is sensitive to a moist soil as well - the best ladies are.

If it were my garden I would get more microbes in the soil to first tie up, then break down that food. LAB, SST, and some gypsum to bind up that Nitrogen which she is sensitive to.

Hi retonol,

It's without any doubt a very extreme tropical zamal/thai pheno.

Lower down the Nitrogen in your feedings and try to apply intense light to avoid the twising of the leaves. This pheno is not very common and is quite difficult to grow indoors, but the ones looking for the most extreme sativa expressions of the hybrid would enjoy with such finding.

Best regards!

About three weeks before chop, I will do a cob cure method with
the yield, surely will be epic smoke if I do it right.

There will be songs sung of the result, no doubt
