How are they doing @tobedetermined still going strong or already slowing down and close to harvest ?
Would love to hear your comments on their terpenes, thanks!

One down and 3 more to go. Two days ago I noticed a small bit of budrot on one cola on one plant. I immediately cut the cola off and a couple of hours later I cut the whole plant. Yesterday I did a rough trim and it is hanging in my dry closet. Better a little early than not at all . . . ;)

harvest#3.jpg

The remaining 3 plants are still not mature - only in the 9th week now - so I will reduce the watering to once every couple of days. I have already been reducing the light sched - currently at 10 1/2 on, 13 1/2 off. And I have started feed reduction - now at ec 1.2. They are looking ragged but still not there yet . . . Day 102. this is the main stalk of the over-achiever.

Hello @dubi, my zamaldelica suffered a lot from the last rains and I also had some damage from caterpillars but in about 4 or 5 days I will harvest it, it will not be very productive, flowers that are not very compact, very airy, like small in size and long flowering like a Thai one, very resinous and with an exotic smell, like citrus, sweet, hints of wood, spices, fruit, and something sour

Sorry to hear that, @El Quijote. Do you use bacillus thuringiensis to prevent worms from proliferating (especially after rains and wet periods) ?

It doesn't seem long flowering and airy enough to me to be a Thai pheno.
It looks more like Zamal/Malawi with such resins, flower structure, and ripening time.

Hi there,

Need a little feedback on when to harvest ZD.

Vegged for 3 weeks.
11/13 for 75 days.
The plant was two weeks in flower before showing sex.

Trichome heads are starting to get cloudy.

How long do you think she has left?

Is she in a peak of strong terpenes ? She's almost done for my taste .... you can wait a week more or so since the pictures were taken and let the trichomes turn a bit more amber, depends mostly on your feelings and taste.

Hi @dubi,

Thank´s for the guidence:)
I feel she has a little more to go before terpenes is at the max, but I will stop the feeding now.
Smell is strong citrus, almost artificial. If i rub some flower between my fingers, it´s more like some fruity candy.

Best regards

Zamaldelica #3 went into the jar! Here are some trimming shots for y'all:

And here's what was left on the table after some trimming:

Anyway, the clone is proving to be every little as fancy as her outdoor sister. Here's what the colder nights and watering with nearly frozen water have done to her:

Presenting my Bonsai Zamaldelica(fem)

Micro SOG Indoor Cabinet grown under 12w Led - Dr Bud style @DrBudGreengenes

Into flower with minimum veg. Clone on the right just about to go into flower.

Budsicle on the left has been in 12/12 since August 25th. Is it harvest ready??

I usually harvest earlier for a racy & speedy effect.

Smells like an exotic fruit bowl.

Effects: Super Strong. Absolute must have for Sativa connoisseurs. Very strong creeper effect. First 5-10 mins, you feel nothing - literally as if you haven't smoked at all & then it starts escalating & the sativa trip just keeps ascending.

Worthy of all the rave reviews I read here.

I'm a seasoned smoker & I have to exercise restraint after 3 hits. Best enjoyed in moderation.

Did you flower from seed?

Welcome to ICMag @okletsgrow 🥰 and thanks a lot for your support. Interesting micro experiment hehehe

It looks like she still has some reflowering with fresh pistils that haven’t fully ripened yet. However, if you prefer clear effects and the aromas are already strong at this point, you can perfectly harvest now.

You conquered me with your purple Zamaldelica @Theorganicguy 💔

Here’s my one Zamaldelica beside her Malawi room mates. She was a bit slower than the Malawi as a seedling but grew out of that and is doing quite well. Topped once. Just flipped to flower after around 50 days from seed. She’s the one front row left close to the door.

Ye boy !
New journey ...
The quest for euphoric, energetic and also trippy effects.

I have multiple jars of Malawi and Golden Tiger. I think it will be interesting to compare those with the Zamaldelica.

Edit ... my two girl came out of the soil yesterday 😍

Currently at my brother in laws, out of state for the Thanksgiving holiday. Our flight just landed at 11pm. I’ve been up since 3:30am yesterday when my day began to a 12 hour workday, then jumping on a flight heading to another state with the wife and a toddler.

As I sit here currently in my brother in laws basement sipping on a nice glass of bourbon, he brings out a bunch of jars of herb I’ve sent him. I send him samples randomly. Next thing I know…… Out comes this jar labeled Zamaldelica GT/Thai!!

I’m pumped as I mistakenly let this mom go, only later to regret it.….. this weed is 18 months old…. And yet cracking the jar she still has the same LOUD lemon/citric catpiss ammonia terps. Only now the lemon/citrus is balanced with the ammonia cat piss scent… but it’s Delicious!

Burned a bowl….. insanity clarity on an exhausted tired mind. Both of us reported instant clarity. Energetic but not intense like my beloved Super Congo.

I’d say Super Congo is more edgy energy compared to this. The stimulation is more edgy….. maybe more caffeine like.

This is almost like adderall or something ….. now we sit jamming to tunes and mixing up cocktails, will roll up a doober soon and see how high she takes us. Woooo-eeeeeeyyyy.

Zamaldelica trimmed today after a solid 8 days of drying in 58-65% humidity around 18-21°C.
Not the biggest "bag appeal" but smells a bit of carrot and mango chutney?

Very nice yield overall. Let her run for 98 Days of flowering.
170g nice buds and loads of larf and popcorn that went into the freezer for edibles later.

Big thanks to ACE for making it possible for me to grow and experience this amazing cultivar.

Hold that thought I have some Zamadelica F2's but not sure if they are from that insane Carrot mom or from the GT leaners I did later on. I'll try the F2's to see morphology! The leaf structure is unmistakeable on my Carrot. Top 3 trippiest head I've ever smoked and I have been smoking some Long Tom's Haze for quite some time.

LOL theres a single from the 2015 hiding in these too! Excellente! Muy Bien!

I just had a flashback to removing these seeds from the Carrot! Bam! Buenazzzoooo!

I am dont know much, but all i can tell you is that this was an amazing phenotype and i really want to do it again but with better circumstances. Currently in the cure it's smelling like an spice rack in an indian restaurant. Excellent smoke, very heady and fun. With higher dosages/continuous smoking it makes me turn inwards and get a little shut in (not in a bad way)
