Lol “the weird” is the best descriptor I can come up with for Zamaldelicas super clear and somehow disorienting trippyness... it just always makes me laugh and say whooaaa that’s weeeiiirrd!

The one I have already tried I described as spooky. Hoping for one a little more bright and exhilarating.

I have a feeling you might like ZamxGuatemala.... the Guatemalan really took away a lot of the spooky (good description) feeling and makes it more fun and relaxing. I still experience a sort of wildly electric clarity with it but it’s almost more akin to the way a hot bath spreads relaxing stimulation deep through the body than a caffeinated or “jacked up” feeling.
I encourage anyone into pollen chucking to explore American sativa crosses with Zamaldelica as per Dubi’s PanZam and my own positive experiences with Guatemalan and Zam.
I don’t have the space or time for years yet to order Ace Honduras and do a trial but I expect that to be a really good cross that could actually enhance the best qualities of both parents.

Keep digging guys there’s a lot of nuances to be found in this line and they’re all really fun to test. Some are legit in their ability to change a persons view of what weed can actually do in terms of psychedelic or stimulating power.

So far all the ACE sativas I've tried have had unpleasant highs. Even the Guatemala.
Really? What do you mean with "unpleasant"?
Weak? Too powerful? I tried some strains and found them all ok,each of us has his preferences, I loved green haze thai , some of my friends didn't like him as much as I did, preferring Honduras....
But They were all good....

Just total confusion, unpleasant physical sensations, unpleasant thoughts. Everything I dislike about high THC weed. Haven't tried combining them with CBD weed, but chances are I'll never grow sativas again. These days I mostly use weed to relax and take away pain, not looking to trip out anymore.

Maybe are better indica for you...
Something like PCK, or hashplant...
Also Lebanese can be a good choice...

Sounds like your system prefers a different thc:cbd ratio. Take a look at some bubba and pck indica dominant crosses without any sativas in the pedigree.
Good luck finding your keeper.

Cheers

Ya sativa can definitely be intense... I agree with the others.. probably a broad lead with lower thc is what your after. Sometimes cannabis just isn’t the right thing for people too it’s just frustrating if you need a relaxing sleep aid or painkiller or something and don’t want to take pills.

I hate pills. I only take Advil if I’m getting migraine level pain.
My favourite sedative/pain relief is BKXPCK but it’ll get ya stoned as fuck for something supposed to be under 20% THC..

Most cannabis, even sativa gets rid of the morning stiffness in my back as well as dulls the pain. I smoke sativa all day and it has an amazing effect on my lower back pain. CBD never helped on it's own, but taken with any kind of weed works great for me. I've been thinking about BKxPCK though for night time. I will give it a try. Thank you for that post my friend. I don't like pills either, but for severe pain, laudanum; but I only use it as a last resort, only maybe 2 or 3 times per year.
Peace, God bless

Laudanum!? Lordy you ARE a cowboy! Lol one of my favourite things about westerns is the rampant abuse of Opium under the lesser known name of Laudanum as an alcohol tincture... it’s hilarious how many people don’t know what it is.
Probably works like a charm
And I doubt it’s much worse than most old folks ration of scotch and vitamin I (ibuprofen) being taken on a MUCH more regular basis...

I do find BKXPCK has really good muscle relaxant qualities. A friend with a stroke was using it to stop his restless leg syndrome keeping him up at night.

Sounded like it pretty much made him feel anxious and unhappy and a little “yucky” as my ten year old would say:biggrin:
Some people just don’t react that well to THC sorta like some don’t like caffeine nicotine or alcohol...

I fuckn Love it.

I think it depends on the environment. 20 year old me would have no problem with it because you're invincible at that age and nothing matters. 30 year old me in a non legal state with a job and mortgage would probably freak out a bit. But a joint on the beach in a nice environment would probably work well. Just probably not in the living room at 3pm on a Tuesday.

It's legal here now, but even then I still haven't done a sativa yet. A good indica for after work relaxation works well. Zero paranoia, but very little motivation. I can mow the lawn, but it takes a while to get off the couch.

That being said, sativas are coming soon. Just need to stock up and Zamaldelica or GT are at the top of the list.

I hear what your saying but I'm 65 and a good sativa gives me the energy, life and the power I used to have at 16.
There seems to be 2 camps one that just wants too chill after a hard day and one that just wants the day to last forever ha ha.
I chew a piece of sativa cob in the morning at about 8.30 and just power through the day (in a geriatric way) and then sleep like a baby at night.
If I want to stay up late I just chew at 5pm then I wont sleep all night.
Just use sativas differently to indicas and they are the bees knees.

Sativa are great for outdoor shit like yard work fishing or even simple carpentry (experienced heads only on the chop saw please!) I also find that Zam and it’s crosses are decent aphrodisiacs (lol let the seed rush begin... no pun intended... eeewww) my first and foremost use has been as treatment for PTSD flashbacks and depression though..
