I dry brined it for about a day with Montreal steak seasoning and salt.grilled it with shitty cheap coals and a little shitty personal grill.its hard to maintain the Temps right so it didn't get as hot and was uneven and I overcooked it a little too medium but my mom said it was almost perfect so I guess that's good.it wasn't badThat t/bone looks scrumptious hawk, how did you cook it?
