In the last short while, an IDF member was arrested in Morrocco (while on vacation) for war crimes, and over 100 arrest warrants have been issued for 100 other IDF members who are guilty of similar crimes. You can run, but hiding may be more problematic... assholes. You also -might- need to adjust your vacation plans to make sure they don't involve one of the (over) 140 countries in which you're now wanted criminals.
