Israel isn't allowing any media in there, so those who are there on the side of the press have either snuck in or (the majority of remaining press) are from that region.
Comparing truthfulness in published or spoken claims from Israel, the US, and Gaza, the source of spin and dishonesty/propaganda is pretty clear for anyone looking with a critical eye.
