Someone did the maths on RU v Ukraine and it will take no more than 28,5 million more dead Russian soldiers if they are to take over all of Ukraine. At current rate of casualties.

So you know, GREAT JOB, Putin!
The historical mindset of the Russian people hears this when you say that “victory is just a matter of time”. They throw bodies at conflicts, that’s their style.

UK is like, here Ukraine, here's some stuff you wanted. It is yours now. Do what you want with it. But if you break any laws, you won't get any more.

That's reasonable right? I will trust you with this stuff, but break any laws with it, and I will take it back off you. We have all been there.

So why are the UK and Ukraine having to wait weeks for the US to decide if these longer range missiles can be used. Meaning the Ukraine is having to enter russia to blow bridges at closer range. It'a a lot more work, to applease the US, when they have the UKs blessing and bombs already.

It's often said the US start then prolongs wars, because the arms trade needs wars. While the loans and favours involved, can be like selling your soul anyway. However, it will all be for nothing if a new leader gets in, that pulls support anyway.

Look US, just let the Ukrainians use the UK storm shadows, within the boundaries of international law. Like everything else. The F16 is meant for letting off long range missiles, and landing quickly, in this war. You're cock blocking.

Not only is it reasonable, but both international law and US law prohibit transfer of arms to any country or entity that is in violation international law or violating human rights. That IS the law.

Yet the US continues sending $Billions worth of munitions to Israel, when Israel is clearly ink violation of both international law and basic human rights.

It's selective law enforcement and law interpretation just like we Lilliputians encounter in life.

The US also has a vested interest in prolonging the war in Ukraine likely because o the gas pipelines there more so than the arm trade, they have Israel and the Saudis for that. Damaging Russia and Putins hold on power is more important to the US than Ukrainian lives.

Here's more of that good ol' Amerikan Freedom of Speech where Israel and Bibi are concerned.

Just like during COVID the establishment is cracking down on unapproved ideas.

Many of the republicans screaming free speech then are all for censorship now. Nobody has any principles now.

There's a guarantee for free speech. There's no unalienable right to infect others, and the actions then were covered by the emergency powers and General Welfare clause, even if the virus was misunderstood initially.

In other words, a false equivalency.

Anyone speaking counter to the Covid narrative was silenced by the government through 3rd parties.

I’m glad I know you are just using “free speech” as a tool to forward your current agenda, but are fine with different ideas being silenced. It’s par for the course to be like this today, on all sides.

Yeah the government trying to keep people safe from a virus no one knew anything about is totally the same thing as silencing something guaranteed by the bill of rights... :jerkit:

I use free speech where it's covered by the 1st Amendment. Sometimes I stretch that, but have never been arrested for it. Threatened a couple times, but never arrested.

And once again, despite your overly broad and overly generalized insistence on drawing equivalencies where there is little more than overwhelming disparity, there is no unalienable right to infect others. Including not during the 1918 Spanish flu, or any other time.

But you can stick with that artificial narrative as long as you need to.

Now that I know you don’t believe in free speech, let me ask you this. Do you believe in bodily autonomy?

Your strawman arguments, posturing and baseless statements grew weak a long time ago. Now they're just ignorant and boring. A lot like your pretense at sophistication and intelligence.

I'm sure that in your legal schooling, you were made aware that the 1st Amendment has limitations, and one of those involves speech or assembly that endangers others.

Now that I know you don't believe in facts or solid foundations to your positions.....

Apparently, you're just another individual too detached or tangential in your thoughts to realize that 2+2 doesn't equal 5. Or that you're baseless in many of your incredibly broad and generalized assertions.

But hey, I'll let you know when I'm impressed by your hollow strangely uncorrelated, tangential bullshit.
