He tried(I say that loosely) to claim that I was wrong because..."Look I found the nazis in Ukraine! I told you so!" but failed to admit that he claimed they were "running the country" as he put it. False Equivalence of the highest order.

Gotta love it when these smooth brains start fighting above their weight class and wind up getting their collective asses handed to them!

Well another interesting piece of information when you look into Ukrainian Nazis, many of them were largely responsible for fighting against Russia when Russia Annexed Crimea, so I can understand why Putin wants to get rid of them but here's the thing, as I've said a couple of times in other posts one of the most well known or controversial groups is known as the Azov Battalion but they're headquartered in Donetsk which is one of the areas said to be the separatists needing Russia's protection from the Nazi's. So I guess for Putin Nazi's are bad when they interfere with his imperialistic plans but when they can be used as an excuse to invade, well then they're just fine and not Nazi's at all?

That's a very good point. I was at least impressed that he attempted to keep things in context and made clear how very wrong what Russia is doing. I suppose when you start off your diatribe with a blatantly false assertion it casts a certain dishonest tone to the rest of what you say.

Well to be fair, given how things went with Iraq and the fact that some of the NATO allies joined the US in that conflict I can understand the mistake Russell made, I was just surprisrd by it because he seems to be a pretty smart guy and usually makes pretty intelligent arguments. Really a lot of what he said I was able to agree with but starting on that one incorrect premise kind of taints everything that comes afterwards.

Nonsense. How can you say that when they abandoned Trumps planning? If Trump had won then it would have gone though in the spring. But bidan wanted to make a big 9/11 show and he got it good!

The worst thing I've seen and I saw the Vietnam evacuation debacle.

Big 9/11 show? The US completed the withdrawal from Afghanistan on 8/30 a full 12 days before 9/11 hardly a 9/11 show. Plus 8/30 was the day the last US Military planes took off much of the withdrawal that ended up looking like the Vietnam evacuation debacle happened around 8/12 or nearly a month before 9/11. Try again.

Spain sends a new shipment to Ukraine with 1,370 rocket propeled grenade launchers C-90 and anti-tank rocket launchers C-100, and 700,000 machine gun cartridges:

How does the C90 grenade launcher that Spain will deliver to Ukraine work?

A total of 1,370 units will be transported on Air Force A400M aircraft to Poland:

ACCORDING TO THE MINISTRY OF DEFENSE:

ACCORDING TO THE MEDIA IN SPAIN:

Among the arsenal that Defense will send to Ukraine are 1,370 anti-tank grenade launchers, as advanced Wednesday by Minister Margarita Robles. The Spanish army has in its stores at least two models of this system which, like a cannon, is used for firing projectiles at medium distance with an excellent level of precision. The ministry has not specified which of them will be part of this first shipment.

One of them is the C90-CR-RB, manufactured by Instalaza SA, a company from Zaragoza. It is a 90 mm caliber system, weighing 5.3 kilos (lighter than its competitors), with the possibility of remote firing, recoilless, equipped with a 2x folding optical sight, high precision (up to 400 meters against a point target and 1.000 meters for an area) and with a penetration capacity of 500 millimeters on armored steel and 1,000 millimeters on concrete.

Last year, both the Navy and the Army purchased units of this type of grenade launcher, which also has fumigant (C90-CR-FIM) and anti-bunker (C90-CR-BK) versions.

In just one minute, even a child who is already able to handle its light weight comfortably and safely learns to use it effectively.

The Ukrainians are heading towards a guerrilla war where this type of weapons and the portable air-to-ground missile launchers are essential. If the Ukrainian capacity and will to resist is maintained the Russians will pay a very high price,as in Afghanistan.

Instalaza, which since 2017 alone has invoiced the Ministry of Defense more than 46.56 million euros (taxes aside) in multiple orders, has also supplied the Spanish armies with units and accessories for the Alcotán-100 grenade launcher. This is a 100-millimeter caliber weapon system for infantry, with an effective range on a point target of up to 600 meters -one thousand on area targets- and which offers night vision integrated in the direction of fire. According to the manufacturer, it is the "only system in its category with a temperature sensor in the propellant, allowing realistic and accurate calculation of the projectile's ballistics".

Along with the anti-tank grenade launchers, the first shipment to the Ukrainian resistance will also include light machine guns and 700,000 rounds of ammunition for both this type of weapon and rifles. Defense has so far not provided further details of the technical characteristics of this armament.

Among the machine guns available to the Spanish Armed Forces is the Ameli (acronym for Light Machine Gun), of 5.56 millimeter caliber and manufactured by the national company Santa Bárbara (today General Dynamics Santa Bárbara Sistemas). It is the CETME that the Centro de Estudios Técnicos de Materiales Especiales designed for the Spanish Army in the 1950s.

It is a type of light automatic weapon reminiscent of the German MG42 machine gun. It offers a rate of fire of up to 900 shots per minute, weighs 8.3 kilos (including a 200-round belt), measures 970 millimeters and has an effective range of up to 1,000 meters.

I'm sure the laser systems that have chances at intercepting those are already running. The problem isn't that you can't shoot it down fast enaugh, but that you don't have enaugh warning time before so you act in intercepting it. As sensors get better, will be technically possible to intercept them with good success rate. The system would need to know about it as soon as it is launched, tho. Luckly, powering a rocket that sudden and fast leaves marks in multiple measurable spectrums, as soon as it is launched. It's just a matter of having the right sensors in the right areas from where those rockets could be fired. The biggest problem is guarding the deep oceans. But tech is evolving rapidly, they might already have some countermeasures that got chances of working against those. That being said, at that speed, it will never be 100% chance of disabling it. But I am sure the russians know that it will be over 100% chance they getting destroyed if they launch one of those. Just like it would happen the other way around, if story was reversed, sure!
But easy to see how this is a situation where nobody wins if it gets to that point. So most sane people would try to avoid it.

Ya - Montuno - but it can't shoot down one of these - what can?

Sure, but since at the moment there seem to be more tanks than hypersonic missiles in action in this war....
Medicines and food won't stop Russian hypersonic missiles either, of course... and?

And you know that if things get ugly, our UltraMegaDeathNewDanceRemix of La Macarena, although it does not guarantee the mutual total destruction of human life on the planet as for nuclear weapons, it does guarantee the mutual total destruction of neuronal life in humanity.

Well the Taliban at that time was running the show. 12 days is close enough for horseshoes and hand grenades. Good to see you supporting the worst pResident the USA has ever had.

the real polls must be getting down to the 10% approval rating. When we hit 4-6% that's the bottom.

Bombing civilians, schools and hospitals?!?...I LOVE IT! I LOVE IT!...You didn't catch the one "my people" are planning to make a mess with the Grigo Empire, if some distant day by a miracle of Saint Karl Marx we manage to invade them militarily:

The irony when godless communist feel compelled to use Christian liturgy in order to portray their ”workers hero” Rothschild cousin Chaim Hirschel Mordechai aka ”Karl Marx” as a Saint :D

No it's you who are wrong, just because you can cast doubt on one report of the 44 false flag attacks and that doubt only comes from an unproven belief torture was used to get that confession. There are 43 other false flags that were never in doubt, in fact in several cases the Germans responsible were caught within hours by local authorities.

Actually it is you who clearly have never been to Ukraine, either that or you are just acting in a willfully ignorant way. That most well known, highest profile Neo-Nazi group in Ukraine is the Azov Battalion and they are headquartered in Donetsk.

Lmao sure buddy. I was in Ukraine before the pandemic outbreak but believe you whatever.

Here your beloved NATONAZI Battalion is murdering civilians for trying to escape war in Donetsk:
