i guess we should start with the most important news of the day and that is that Sweden is now formally a member of NATO. thank Putler for this!
the Swedes don't have a lot of natural resources but they do have granite. and are very high-tech and have most of their arms production, storage, and command centers deep underground in solid granite. even their military docks for destroyer-type ships and submarines are inside granite mountains near the shore.
a former captain of a cruise missile submarine that fired Kalibr cruise missiles at civilian targets in Ukraine has been assassinated while on his morning jog in Krasnodar, ru
shot 4 times with something quiet as no one saw or heard anything.
a top Russian general was killed by a missile strike in Berdyansk.
none of the terrain taken by Ukraine in the last month has been reclaimed by Russian forces. Russian forces have not gained any new ground during the same time frame.

Sweden has been en route to joining NATO for decades and has been an active participant in NATO aggression against Afghanistan, Libya etc not to mention sending neo-nazis to fight in Ukraine.

Ukraine both exists and has self-agency. Your comment appears to suggest Ukraine has no agency, which is a problem because Ukraine exists. Does Ukraine have agency, or not? Five hundred days is a long time to be so demonstrably wrong.

Massive losses? Again, only 25% of their combat force is currently engaged. The fucking Ruzzian losers can't even push them back. Although Ruzzian artillery did manage to wipe out an entire unit, of their own guys.
