Zelensky blew up the dam. Critical civilian infrastructure. Their little offense is not working, so they had to pull out 'plan B'. They should have listened...
Not my idea of winning:
All in all during 3 days of fighting in all directions, the losses of the AFU amounted to 3,715 troops, 52 tanks, 207 armoured fighting vehicles, 134 motor vehicles, 5 aircraft, 2 helicopters, 48 pieces of field artillery, and 53 unmanned aerial vehicles.
Russian losses:. A total of 71 servicemen died and 210 were wounded in repelling the enemy offensive by the combined group of forces. Fifteen tanks, 9 infantry fighting vehicles, 2 motor vehicles, and 9 guns were hit.
Tonight, the Kiev regime committed another terrorist crime: the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Station facilities were blown up, flooding a large area.

Is this like the time you decided that you knew who did what to the Nord Stream pipeline and then decided that you knew it was somebody else??
watching news clips earlier. apparently, blowing the dam has stranded certain units of Russian military that are now trapped/isolated by the floodwaters. those "unintended consequences" just keep on biting Russian asses..."military intelligence" LOL!
seeing reports of significant Russian casualties, soldiers actually swept away in the flood
not sure what happened but are reports of damage to dam before it collapsed
Maybe in the first moment a little bit strange dialect but very interesting and free of propaganda. I watch him sometimes in german.

the Russians blew up the dam for several obvious reasons. first, they were occupying it at the time of the break. the dam expanded outward in all directions as if from internal charges which only the Russians could have placed.
and, the area temporarily flooded included a 20-mile-long bridgehead the Ukrainians had established on the southeast bank of the river, interfering with a part of the assault.
it also, temporarily, flooded all the islands in the river.
in a few days the water will equalize above and below the dam and the flooding will recede.
so it is only a temporary impediment.
but it shows the Russians in panic mode.

So the very first thing he said was ”it is clear who is the aggressor”, making it fit the very definition of propaganda (ie dissemination of information intended to promote a political point of view). Not that there is anything wrong in it, but there is no need to pretend.
