Russia starting to advance towards the east in Bakhmut.
Yes, things are moving. Ukraine started small attacks north and south of Bachmut, but its a long way to Tipperary.
What he is holding isn't a Kinzhal debris, but debris from a BETAB-500 Concrete-Piercing Bomb.

I have no idea if that is Kinzhal or not, but it looks more like the Kinzhal you posted than betab-500 to me.

The propulsion part, yes. The shape of the nose cone looks like the kinzhal, but the rest doesn't seem like it's the right shape.

Yes, yes. The propulsion part is a meter wide, but the front part isn't. It is, however, rather conical while the thing presented in the photos is not.
that looks like a dummy practice bomb. i've not seen any live munitions that have shitty looking welded joints like that does. i know that -I- wouldn't be welding on live munitions...

Bottom line I don't think it is a kinzhal, but I'm not quite convinced it's betab-500 either. Could be. The photo isn't very high quality and it's damaged. the diameter looks to be around 40cm, but it's hard to tell.
