So, they are going to equip all the ukes vehicles with the “blue force” tracking system? That is what is needed for that system to work. And a network. Even American cops use it.
It looks like Russia is getting ready for a big push to end this thing. By August the military operation will probably be winding down and the new borders will be well protected and sealed shut, unlike the American border with Mexico. What will they do with the tanks then? My guess is they never arrive.

Where are the weapons of mass destruction in Iraq?
Do any of you remember how the United States overthrew democratically elected governments to establish genocidal dictatorships in several Latin American countries (and in other places, such as Indonesia)? Does anyone remember when the CIA overthrew President Arbenz in Guatemala and his land distribution plan so that the Americans could put bananas on his table?
I'm just saying that what Russia is doing in Ukraine is very wrong, but it's no worse than much of the interventionist history of US foreign policy.
