Been around the grow scene now for 30 years pal - wrote the fucking book on it. Who buys GMO mate when you can grow your own and know what you're eating (just like weed). It cracks me up how you pro prohibition mob hide behind bullshit and use fear tactics and dubious cross links in an attempt to disguise your lack of will to pay your way (taxes) and profiteer hideously at the expense of others. Enjoy crawling over the pile of dead bodies to get to the top mate until you become one of those bodies.

maybe were saying the same thing. just read and totally legal is but read and know what u are voting for.

Sure man but why bother? - legal illegal I grow my own. If it keeps some out of prison it gets my vote because it is one step further in the right direction. Progress mate...

Nice hippy thoughts there but there are millions doing prison time for this wonderful plant - it should therefore be legal yes because it sin't such a wonderful plant when you are slammed up for it, shot for it (yes there is a drug war) and robbed etc. The plant isn't the issue - it is the legal framework around that plant at issue.

Ive been locked up with that plant so many times its stupid, ive been robbed and whooped by the law on the side of the road and im a convicted felon for possessing herbs. I grew up in ATL ive seen all kinds of drama over this plant were talking about. My entire criminal record is based on cannabis, nothing violent nothing scandalis just cannabis, and we all got people in prison, and we all been locked up and beat down for having herbs in our pockets, and I like my hippy thoughts there way good bro. I had the war on drugs in my face the first 18 yrs of my life till I left the city, I ve seen violence I don't want to describe over this war, ive had a .38 special hammer back in my face over a qp of brick 16yrs old like wow man take the shit. NE ways that's where my hippy views come from. Rooted in violence from the war on people.

More fear mongering..LOL

The 15 Ounce Pound: Big Pharma's Plan to Patent Pot

In the United States, cannabis is currently illegal, but this book investigates how big pharmaceutical companies are looking at an end-game of legality—controlled by them. It examines how the Amsterdam scene has been transformed; how home growers have been manipulated into using inferior techniques; and how companies, with help from the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and “big pharma,” are patenting cannabis strains for control and profit. The leadership of the cannabis industry want to legalize marijuana with taxation and regulation, but the pharmaceutical industry cannot take over medical cannabis without first shutting down the scene today. The book predicts that legalized production will be tightly controlled by major players, using the IRS and DEA as a means of removing other growers. Regulation will also control the amount of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) in each marijuana cigarette, forcing stronger cannabis to be available to medical patients by prescription only. A black market will still exist, so people will still go to jail, and the drug war will go on. With history and explosive, behind-the-scenes looks at big pharma collusion, this book is both an exposé and an in-depth look at the arc of freedom and probable control through use of pharmaceutical patents for marijuana.

There is actually no intelligent response that can be made to your mad and paranoid rantings. Your syntax and turbo posts scream of a clown who I was once unfortunate to encounter called Organic Freak. Rip off artist and a sociopath... Good luck with stopping the legalisation freight train pal. All the talk in the world, all the hype, all the lies, all the BS will get you no where:moon:

Well then Joe2 you more than most should know that prohibition is evil. What is the alternative to prohibition. Non - prohibition = legalization = prisons emptied...

They tried decriminalization in Australia - overturned because decriminalization creates too many grey areas that leaves it too wide open for rabid prohibitionists to attack. And look at Holland now - what a shit show... Got anything intelligent to add?

Ah yeah that is because tomatoes are legal. So what you want is legal but not legal to competition - hmmmm... Okay... haha no that won't work..

Prohibition was all lies....repeal prohibition.
No need to make new laws.

There ya go we agree on something and of course when they repealed alcohol prohibition we got alcohol legalization. You can still brew your own but hell why bother when you can buy the stuff cheaply over the counter. This said, if tossers like big pharma start trying to control what we consume we have the option of brewing our own... Let's face it man --- dead easy --- trillions of seeds and banks of them around. GMO sure as shit isn't taking the breeding out of our hands. I have enough seed stock now to last me and about another 1000 people 10 life times. We'll do just fine. Now get off the pipe and quit with the paranoia. We built it and they can never take that away.

I don't get taxed for growing tomatoes, theres not a set number of tomatoe plants I can grow in my gardern.

nope, but tomatoes are not intoxicants either. the amount of wine/beer you make for your own consumption IS regulated. aint reality a fucking bitch?

No not true, I sell heirloom tomatoes to chefs and markets no tax, how old am I? Don't be frustrated Glow. My opinion on nonregulated cannabis is not ment to upset you this topic needs to be talked about so we don't get fucked over like alcohol. Yea anyone know anyone with a still? what a pain in the ass. Most herbalists out where we at still buy high quality moonshine for tinctures because of the stupid high tax price of "legal" booze. Not so legal if you think about it.
