i will do the 72 hour fast during the christmas period. that is when i tend to eat least anyway

i'm not a chocolate or mince pie lover and the shops close often. i tend to say no thanks to the treats on offer during the festive season

I will do it next week, as my gf is spending the week at her dad's. Actually getting a little excited about it haha. Will let you know if I die. Oh wait

when i was a yout i used to bun thai weed in a rizla

a 3 day fast followed up with bone broth and maybe some saukraut then onto the fatty meats for christmas day meal. i will do it that way. gives me a plan and target . 22 st, 23rd ,24th fasting days. then over to my mothers for christmas dinner

Not sure but I wouldn't count that as fasting - there will be fat in the broth

Not really in my case with the fasting, maybe a little, but eating low carbs does have a major impact on the munchies. Carbs make your insulin levels fluctuate, and have a direct impact on your production of leptine and greline (sp?) which are the hormones that control appetite. That's why 2 hours after eating a whole pizza, I could eat another whole pizza. Now I still eat like a pig but there's actually a point where I get full and don't feel like eating anymore. When you take grains and sugar out, you're never really that hungry. Will tell you when I do the 72h thing
