So now were going further from my objective of the thread. H3ad in the time you took to read and reply to this thread you could have added a image to the listing I saw of yours that had no image. Let me ask you H3ad...why do you not add an image to a listing? The hamburger thing...at least they show you something. It was not my intent for the seed sellers to reply and defend the way they do things now. It was an oppertunity for them to listen to the buyers and meet thier needs. Again I agree that the best source for buying seeds is right here at Cannagraphic with smoke and grow reports. But again, for 5 years I was a buyer not knowing Cannagraphic existed. I passed up 100s of sales as they had no image or information. So how much effort will it take to add an image and another sentence to a listing? Great to hear from all of you and I hope we hear from more buyers. Dr. Duck.

Pictures vary so much just how much good will they really do. I pass everything I grow on to my buddy. Whether its smoking it or seeing it in flower I always have to ask what it is when Im with this buddy because his rendition is not anything like mine. Things might be a bit similar at times but normally pictures of his look nothing like pics of mine. Just for the record I dont think his even taste anything like mine. Two seperate growers ... two seperate renditions.

You can't revise a listing once it's bid on, Good policy imho, again not my fault...

I don't make a living from seed sales...
Barely cover my expenses... I put seeds out there for your benefit, not mine...
If people are too lazy to research, and want to blame me for a relist error...
Then I don't need to go to the trouble of making seeds for them...

Babba neighbor you're up early! Your quote "but normally pictures of his look nothing like pics of mine" is very correct.....some of my strains are completely different as well.. But...the image is a great sales tool. Why not have an image is the question I'm trying to get an answer to? How many roses would Jackson Perkins sell if the catalog had logos in it? Well if you cant tell one bud shot from another what difference does it really make . Case in point ....you asked what this bud was in the is thread ....http://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=42405 it doesnt look like it can be indetified by just looking. So what diff does it really make if its not going to look like the finished product anyways. I mean it could be a picture of g33 when your actually growing G13 and you wouldnt be able to tell anyways. So whats the diff its just a picture.

Grat3ful H3ad your quote "want to blame me for a relist error..." who was blaming you for a re-list error? I was not as I did not know it was an error...until now. Very sorry for the error being the only one I looked at in my survey...the survey was completely random. I have veiwed many of your listings and most seem above average as compared to the ones in my survey.
Now as to your quote "If people are too lazy to research" ..... As a seed sales vendor....why are these seed sellers asking thier buyers to do the research? They are selling a product that should have the most recent quality information availiable as well as the highest quaility images they can produce to help sell the item. Unless they are just "putting them out there for my benifit"? You can't create a new soft drink to sell to the public and then say the public should do reaserch before buying my drink and I'm not making any money on it any way. Or can you? Let's stay friends...Dr. Duck.

Just because you want more from me does not obligate me to provide it...
I have a more than full time job, a family to take care of, A garden to nurture, and a PM box full of questions, speculations, requests, and compliments to address every day, and I make a few seeds as well...
I'm busy enough without being picked on for a missing image or two, and a paragraph you find unsatisfactory...

Long and short of it... I'm not trying to increase sales... just provide something to those who want it...

Yes I see your point...but...I have had tons, tons of Cannagraphic replies to my threads where a great image was featured. You know what they said? They were going to add that strain to thier next order! So you guys might think you know what is selling your stuff but I am hearing it differently from a lot of buyers... a lot. You misunderstand... not the social aspect of it... Imagine, sitting, sorting, counting, making labels, the lengths I have to go to make sure there are no odors on the package, that things are concealed, no finger prints on ANYTHING!!!... just to nervously take it to the post office and hope I don't freak out!!!
.... the buds that could be plump and pristine are full of seeds and that changes the quality of the bud, to me... but the seeds are the priority, not the smoke... don't get me wrong, some we just grow to smoke but again you have to sorting and keeping seperate what is seeded and what is not...
...on top of having a semi-normal life after a terminal illness in the family and being a full time Mother and Wife.....
.....I love my IC family and that is the joy in what we do... there is the pay-off... :friends: that and seein' H3ad seeds turn into full grown beautiful buds!!!!
toking oversea's some G33 with a test grower that became one of my very good friends!... priceless....

That is what makes it worth it to us...
so, we try our best but after-all no one is perfect!
