Yeah, the rams might be in that unenviable position of being too good to draft their next QB and too bad to make a decent playoff run. Then again, theyre not shy about trading draft picks, so they could move up in the draft to take a QB they like. Worked out for the chiefs.
I dont think this will be a QB heavy draft, not like last year with 6 QBs in the first 12 picks. Cam ward of Buzz's miami Hurricanes will probably be the first Qb taken, or maybe Deion's son.
I had a family member that was researching tiny homes, she did live in an RV for a year but gave it up cause it was too small (think it was a 24' class c) and it was too loud when it rains. Does the rain on a metal roof bother you guys much or do u get used to it, bigsur?
That looks like a nice piece of property. Plenty of woods (deadfall for fires) and fresh water as well. Is that water clean to drink as is or do u need to treat it? Any good fishing there? What about hunting, can u bag a deer if u see one or just squirrels/rabbits? I guess with the car it's easy enough to just roll into town for groceries. What about internet, do u have to use a cellular hotspot? There's ways to get unlimited data with those if u hack them i think...

we don’t mind the rain nor wind at all , we are used to it , sleep like a baby
the water is not drinkable…we have washed our hair in it and it’s ok for that and washing things out
lots of deer and some elk up in the Olympia Mountains…
no fish here , they can’t get up the falls below us and they are not stocked by the fish dept
but there are good places to fish all around us within a couple of miles
crabbing and digging for clams is also popular
tons of salmon , cod , halibut , red snapper , and trout
internet is not a problem , we have hot spots on our iPhones
last years draft was very qb heavy at the top end of the draft and then...
but we will see who really stands out

That's some nice property.looks alot like my families property in GA but we only have an acre.we got a creek with a nice bridge crossing it but share the rest with neighbors.

I think there's a way to hack ATT cell phones so the hotspot data counts as phone data instead so it's effectively unlimited. If u google it you should find hits on rv life forums.

I'll tease it to 13.5 and also sprinkle a little on 19.5 and even 26.5 in favor of UF. FSU has rotated between 3 mostly terrible QBs this year, not sure who's QBing them next year but they got to work the portal and hopefully get someone better than DJ Uglylaylay.

we had hand traps for the crabs and would hunt crawdaddy; we had a neighbor who would give us (my sister and i) 5c a piece! for those bugs

a lot of qb have a personal qb coach and players can have their own trainers but sanders was not eve a qb so how could he coach a kid up at the top level
im sure the coaches making 9m/y have been in the game a lot longer
i like prime but he is not in my top-10 coaches of all time

I think hawk has a decent amount of electronics and such, he's a bit of a gear slut, and is also into console gaming. Having a big screen tv isnt really feasible in a tiny home situation.
I think most people, they have to much stuff it ends up owning them instead of the other way around. I know someone who's kind of a hoarder and they'll spend lots of $ storing all their crap and moving it around and they hardly use any of it, it's just junk.
We have crayfish in lake michigan, id see kids tie a piece of dead worm to a string and drop it in front of a crevice in the rocks and then once a crayfish grabs it they haul it up and drop it in a bucket.
Sanders has proven himself as a leader at the high school, small college and P4 level, so i wouldnt be surprised if he had success at the nfl level, especially if he hires the right coordinators. That's a good point about personal coaches and trainers, im not sure who's been coaching up his son besides the assistant coaches on staff but from what ive seen of his son, he's plenty accurate, decent arm strength and can throw on the move. He's not especially quick or fast but he's mobile enough to evade a pass rush. He's not a surefire franchise QB but then again who is lately?
Lions are favored by 10.5, the bears are 2-0 vs the spread their last 2 games, both against the division. Im tempted to take the bears again but the lions are rolling and specialize in big plays which the bears D have given up a lot of recently, their defense was supposed to be good this year but it's been uneven to say the least.
