hard to really generalize any place like that, im from NC originally, a state that imo is the poster child for reactionary, backwards, ignorant, intolerant and racist... BUT im from a town in NC that is known for being SUPER liberal (revolutionary even), tolerant, artsy, accepting...
makes the dichotomy between boulder and the red parts of this state look like nothing

Sounds like Jesse Helms' favorite place, ha, me too!

so if you ever want a test dummy for your agri tourism thing you can just shutup and take my money. im very keen to be able to learn about the hemp first hand. the buds would be a nice bonus. plus im going to denver sometime this fall anyway. im cereal as hell so pm me if your interested in some honest intelligent feedback from a safe consumer/tourist.

oh i know where your from... more interesting stuff to pm me about!

NC for sure wouldn't be the place it is if it were not for the molding hands of influence
but mr helms didn't do it alone, and NC hasn't always held the throne of "most backwards" - it comes only as the most recent in a line of succession; SC, AL, KY, etc

thanks for the encouragement nameless, the agri-tourism thing is just one of about a dozen ideas i have to monetize what we are already doing with a lil bit EXTRA work - like a CBD line of topicals/dog treats/ pills and preps; or SOMETHING else :D like i said a few ideas i got brewing
i'd love to somehow market thru icma, would have to give up mod status to be a vendor/sponsor but i think it could be worth it, there is no other crowd of cannabis peeps i would rather tap into, market to, sell to, anything.

Looking good as always. Thanks for the update on the GG4 x DZ and Dubble Dank :good:

On a sidenote, you got the Giganticus Indicus to germ?! I still have my various genetics from that guy but haven't tried popping any. I know Hatch went through all his and couldn't get any to germinate. Cool that you got some to do something.

ya i had decent germ rates on the GI, iirc, didn't pop many of them... really happy to finally being growing some of that guy's seeds finally, looks like he is only working a high CBD afghan variety these days so all those lines you & hatch have/had are pretty much discontinued, that's why i wanted to try them so badly... time will tell how they turn out - but germ rates weren't an issue for me, or at least the giganticus indicus didn't stand out as worse than other seed stock.

ya tleaf jr, i LOVED the 24k w indoors, hoping she puts on more bulk under the sun

I still have,

Bubba Kush
Giganticus Indicus
Red Cross
SG 107
Williams Wonder

from that guy and I've never popped any. I'm sure I have enough that I could part with if need be. Lemme know if you ever want any...

I live in the town Jesse wanted to fence off from the rest of the state, instead of building the zoo, lol!

I'm glad to leave the bugs, humidity, and poison ivy behind :moon:

personally the humidity is a form of most-high nostalgia for me, brings me back to my youth :D
before i left NC i had developed a tolerance to poison ivy (believe it or not), i'd play disc golf, my disc cutting thru 50 feet of poison ivy patch, i would go running after and thru it and grab the disc (obviously coated in the evil ivy juices) and play thru with no rash ever showing up and not so much as an itch...
i HAVE seen PI in colorado, usually in a riparian area, near willows iirc.

BOTH those strains seem to want to stay one main branch, not alot of lateral branch action on the DDZ or the WDG
u heard anything like that from other peeps w the DDZ?

A lot of Dubble Dank tester went out but I haven't been hearing much back yet. A buddy was running a nice Dubble but he let it dry out too much in Week 4 and had to toss it. I can't speak to the bush vs. meristem preference yet though.

As far as I know you're the only one running the GG4 x DZ right now too. Those should be pretty decent. I'd imagine the DZ would take some floppiness away from the GG4. The GG4 is of course a frost monster and the DZ is a hashplant plus it will be kind to the yields too.
