pieceofmyheart said:Great thread and they look wonderful, I think. I have had plants that the pistils have shriveled up one me and I could always trace it back to some type of stress: I had my lights to low and it got too hot. I went on vacation and they got too dry, they bounced back but I had those dead pistils.
Also it seems that it kinda depends on the strain, some seem heartier than others and can take more stress than others.
Who is that sexy guy in your avatar???....hot, hot, hot!!!!
Well i was stressing them a bit by manhandling them via LST. I figure if i bend the stems really hard its maybe "medium stress training" aka partial supercropping, can only strengthen the stems... also i think it was also the fact that they were just beginning to flower, and what i thought were dried out pistils were in fact the tiny "transition" leaves that sprout out *just* as they are converting over to flower... and that pic is of kurt cobain!!
anybody know how i can figure out how much CFM i can pass through my 1" thickness of carbon? im getting granulated carbon off ebay (that 5-gal pail guy) so it should be denser than the pellet carbon... maybe i should make the frames thinner/ use thinner scrubber panels>?????????????????????? lil help!!!!!!!!!
