The Grape is on my shortlist too Rob, maybe for the spring.

Glad everything is OK down your way VM. Let's hope the winter months are a lot more relaxing. :)
Thank you Tex!
There is still a lot of cleanup and repairs to get done, I was hoping for relaxing, but it is actually a bit stressful, along with procuring all the cost. But people many others here are in way worse off.
So just plodding along.

Thank you for the tip on the grape. I will try and put them by themselves so I can taper my light down gradually to acclimate them.
I think you will be fine going right to the 12/12 flower cycle after your desired veg stage time. Grape goes nine weeks flower time under good lighting.
Oh and for Rob and Tex the Grape fems are at 100% germ in 4 days on paper towel at 84 degrees F.

Mountain Gold's are down! The smaller plant is drying and is almost smokable. The bonsai budsicle plant is still hanging and will be a few more days. This stuff smells delicious and a tester bowl has got me good and ripped. Candy sativa! :)

OAXACAN GOLD
Plant C clone
Mom of Green Mountain Gold
Just up potted and ready for the flowering room tonight 12/12
She will be up potted again one more time mid flower. The discoloration in her leaves is do to being pot bound.

And thanks to a really great guy Jarilla seedlings.
Thank you Tex!

Wow, I'm very curious to see how the Jarilla grow develops. Hope you can make some seeds! :D

So this Mountain Gold is still too wet to jar and barely at the smokable stage. It already is showing real promise though. It is very sticky and the aromas are strong. I expect they will change a lot in a couple of weeks. But right now I am getting a lot of citrus, minty and fuel notes. There is also a funky slightly sulfurous smell that I know from past experiences will turn into more of a candy floral thing after a cure. It already is tasty and sweet in the pipe. High is soaring and clear. Buckle up buttercup, hehe.... ;)

Great job on the Mountain Gold and she will finish out side in the North East, coming in end of Sept to second week Oct, still amazing for pure Sativa especially with the equatorial HA Sativa in the genetics.
I always make seeds of new strains so rest assured. The bud gods willing I will have seeds and some to share! ;)
Next grow season I plan on running a number of mountain gold, in order to select out a clone mom and possibly fem seeds.
Right now running Mulanje some of the trippiest cannabis I have ever seen and I wish I could do more currently, because I also have an amazing Swazi gold strain.
Pic of Swazi mom below, minty sweet just a beauty.
Picture was from a grower in South Africa who gifted me the seed. I did one seed repro from my favorite lady and boy who had similar stem rub smell.
Just have not had the time to run another generation.

Good grief, those colas look like they are right up your alley, hehe...so many fascinating plants and only one lifetime. ;)
I hear yha!
The Swazi is quite stunning, she just has to sit back burner for a while. Today I got my first boy to show on the Jarilla.

Hello Rob!
Hope all is great with you.
I cannot speak for ACE but I would assume they are in the pipeline, the best thing to do would be to PM Dubi.
I think they have them theyre just probably really busy and havent added them to the catalog yet. Im looking forward though my man. A pack to grow this winter plus a pack to make seeds with down the road

I get it! busy here to for sure, I think you would be very pleased with the Mountain Gold, as you can see by Tex's grow she is quite a beauty. admittedly I had not grown out mountain gold for some year but next season I will be strapping on those boots for sure.
She really gets the best vibe from both her Sativa parents.
I think she is a Sativa lovers dream plant. to me she tics all the boxes of a great Sativa strain even in comparison to many tropical Sativa and can be grown beautifully as far North as Canada.
Cheers!

Green Mountain Grape actually finished at 52°N! The grower didn't really tend them at all, 5 gal pots. No idea on harvest weight. It was just cool to see something on the nld spectrum finish up here!
Wow Fitzera
Thank you for sharing, it gives all of us all greater perspective on how far North these can run, I certainly did not no, but that is terrific and as you said such little care. It begs the question har far North can she go?
Have you tried her yet?
Again thank you for posting!

Mountain Gold, 35 days into flower. The mother of this cut finished in 63 days. I hope to do a better job with this one and will try to get another 5 weeks out of it. Large container mix of peat, rabbit poop and a bit of bedding along with the few crawly creatures that hitch a ride. Been on just rain water and got a small shot of fish and kelp last watering.
Just put a 3 week old cut under 12 hrs. Although it has not been topped I hope to keep it under 20", similar to what Tex did. The smells alone are reason enough to grow this strain. Vman, hoping your newest seed run for MG produces as well as the these grow. Very fast under my conditions with honker size colas that smell great. The smoke is daytime to sundown with no downside effects.
