This appears to be a calcium deficiency. however, first check your pH. If it's off, fix it.
If the pH is ok I'm pretty sure it's calcium.
Give them a foliar feed just on lights out with a teaspoon of dolomite or garden lime in a quart of water. If you don't have this get nutes with calcium and do a foliar feed. HALF STRENGTH if they are not organic nutes, for foliar feed. Don't wanna burn the girls.
I suspect there is also an insect in there eating those holes. Find the little ****er and squish it.
