This appears to be a calcium deficiency. however, first check your pH. If it's off, fix it.

If the pH is ok I'm pretty sure it's calcium.

Give them a foliar feed just on lights out with a teaspoon of dolomite or garden lime in a quart of water. If you don't have this get nutes with calcium and do a foliar feed. HALF STRENGTH if they are not organic nutes, for foliar feed. Don't wanna burn the girls.

I suspect there is also an insect in there eating those holes. Find the little ****er and squish it.

Ohh, you have EJ that's right....

Do you have the microblast? It's not organic like other EJ products, but it is a good micro nutrient source.

When the clone starts to grow a bit water organic (EJ) nutes in at 1/4 recommended strength. If it is in soil. For wee hydro clones.... Guys???

FFOF is great soil premix. i like to make a 60/40% ratio with FFOF and perlite. FFOF contains perlite already and adding a bit more spreads the soil and make it much moe aerated. i will not nutewater seedlings started in FFOF for 2 weeks or 4 waters. clones with roots being trans into 1 week or 2 waters with 1/4 strength nutes and bump strenght up every nute feeding til you reach your max... i also water one feeding w/ nutes and the next feeding is plain ph'ed water in soil. if you dont use dolamite lime in your soil, or you use ro WATER i recommend using CALmag by botanicare. i swear you will never have a cal or mag def. if used properly. i know you have nutes now but i like to grow organic so i use PBPgro PBPbloom INDONESIAN guano and budswell. also Botanicare sweet and the calmag( not organic, but nonchem)(trace min and carboS), liquid kahrma and fulvic acid(diamond nectar or mad pharmer nuts) all used in conjunction with one another in smaller doses works wonders plus you grow organic. hope this helps. my experience lies in soil. good luck

hey guys!!! its been a while, but check it out!
end of 6th week veg. i've added some liq karma and calmag to the mix and i put in some free open sesame i got

ppms are at 1000 (.7) ph 5.6

these babies suffered some cal/mag deficiencies cuz of the r/o water, but the new growth looks fantastic!

opinions anyone?? how much calmag and liq karma should i put in and how often?

I don't know what pH you use in hydro as I grow wierd as you know, those leaves seem a bit curled up which is possibly pH. Second opinions wanted.

Glad the kush clone is away for you.

Space looks well filled out, add a stretch and should be full.

Now you got 8 weeks to learn about flushing, harvesting, drying, and curing.

There are no harvesting/curing stickies. Find on page one or two of harvesting/processing a thread by Klutter. Klutter took the time to document jar curing. An excellent and informative read for anyone in your position.

I love visiting this thread and seeing the progress. My only request, when you get the opportunity to help someone else in future with their first grow, remember me, and do so. You can always ask for second opinions when stuck or unsure as I do.

By taking it easy, and keeping things secure and anonymous, you may never have to deal with idiot schwag dealers or rip off merchants ever again.

And believe me, that feels GOOD!

ahh so it has been a while....
spider has been terminated, along with white flies. I am in 3rd week of flower using liquid karma, big bud, AN Lucas (7/14mL), and a bit of calmag....wow i never thought i would use so many..but anyways, i switched the MH for the HPS, and i have noticed the bud sites have started to form faster after the switch...awesome! here they are day 22

No Pest Strips are my first line of defence aginst mites - use 3 or 4 in a small room/area if needed

leave them in there at least 2 months. (the strips not the mites)

I'm going shoping for some stuff to build my own F&D

I gotta find a res that stacks, and maybee a pump -- naaa prolly eBay for the pump,,,

Would Lava rocks be better to use?

as for hydroton vs lava rocks, i vote hydroton. u will have to water often with the lava rocks. hydroton is really easy to deal with

The number of strips depends on the size of the room and the amount of air circulation.

Large room with air exchange - means more strips to keep exposure rates high.

Part of the challange is mite develop immunities EXTREAMLY FAST, so you need to make dammm sure you kill all of them and the hatchlings to compleatly intrupt the life cycle. Good luck!
