Someone simply needs to present a reasonable constitutional argument to the Supreme Court that abortion should be rightful under the constitution. The only person to do so that I've seen is Hempy McNoodle sharing Barbara Honegger's opinion. Otherwise, if you are complaining about Roe v Wade. That was clearly unconstitutional and had to be unsettled and tossed. Remember the court did not ban abortion (some states did), they just simply tossed a bad ruling which is their duty to do so.

I still dont get that...why is it bad to let the
People decide in there own state...that is exactly what the constitution tells us
Why let big federal government dictate?

No different than if the SC forced Hershey squirts on you for 10 months. Anyone that thinks it's better to force a child on them for life as a better option is a dumbass. That child will be abused. That is how serail killers are born. There are a ton of more bad outcomes forcing a child on someone than aborting the child.

The SC knew what they did was banning abortions. If your not seeing what states have done since your not that bright.

That's not how the Supreme Court works, Hammerhead. You are asking them to be legislators. It may be possible to legislate it nationally, but that's up to the legislature and they don't seem to be bringing it into action.

Not all states....Kansas is a very red state
And the people chose to keep it legal...
Do you see any Republicans burning buildings rioting in the streets threatening
Scotus justices?...no ...cause the people get to say...not some judge having cocktails by their pool...that is the very essence of democracy in it's pure form
By the design of our forefathers
And if you cant see how that works
Then you are beyond help

That's because US Congress cannot mandate laws that are unconstitutional
And therefore it must be remanded to
The states legislative bodies and enforced by the states supreme courts
All the sudden your governor becomes
The big ticket on everyone's ballot...
Get it?

Technically, I don't think that has been determined, at this point. Just that Under Roe V Wade, the constitutional right to privacy does not offer protection (cart blanche). It therefore had to be repealed.

What is the penalty for selling the contents of empty top secret folders?

By your logic someone could steal an atm machine and if they spent the money before the feds raid them and get the machine back it would not be a crime.
You still have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that 1they stoled the machine 2 there was money in the machine 3 that they spent the money
And a warrent must be very specific
Of what they are looking for...where they are looking for it and what crime may have been committed with what they will find

Number 2 and 3 don't have to be proven at all.

That's the tRouble with you intellectually challenged tRump-humpers. You think you have a grasp on reality, but you really don't.

But it is entertaining to watch you folks bake up more and more nonsense about what the law requires.

I believe he was making a correlation to the trump files...and no one to my knowledge has ever been indicted for
Stealing An empty folder... to charge for possession something must be inside
That is indictable for... a folder with a classified cover containing Melania's nude shots wont do it
And sorry but they must also prove that
Trump sold or transferred the contents of a classified Record if he is so charged

That's the problem with fat head Democrats...always trying to buffalo
In out of context and regurgitate their
unsolicited tripe....so go back to molesting the underage eskimo you got

Not a Dem, but thanks.

I believe the former Grifter in Charge is facing probable obstruction charges, witness tampering charges, theft of government documents, and, if it's found that the folks who've been dropping dead mysteriously around the globe who'd been providing intel ended up that way at least in part due to DJT's extremely loose handling of docs, then one can safely add the charge of treason to that list.... if not murder. I'm sure there's others as well. Fraud was mentioned by more than one esteemed prosecutor.

You know those fat-head delusional tRump supporters though, assuming they know what someone else is insinuating, addressing, or intending in a statement. That happens sometimes, especially when a person is so often amped up to be on the defensive that they find themselves reacting to things that aren't there. Like you and Hempy have been doing lately.. A lot... That's when many folks make serious mistakes.. Like the ones DJT's been making. Like his team poorly bluffing that they didn't mind if the list of documents was released, except for that apparently the list of documents would probably be fairly damning and they know that. Which explains why they changed their minds so ... abruptly.

If there's nothing there, why would the DJT team oppose the release of the list of the stolen documents???

Uh huh....

Speaking of "doing your research.".

Reverse psychology / Streisand affect

Get the media to do the heavy lifting to get the public's attention and curiosity about these declas documents and make them really start wondering if Q is real. They're about to find out.

Weird how people who don’t want to be called fascist act mighty fascist when after being called fascist.

Also weird how bent out of shape they get when Biden calls the MAGA base Fascist yet are perfectly okay with it when Trump did the same thing when he was President back in 2020 and nobody cried foul not even the Democrats at whom it was directed, because they felt no need to acknowledge just another false claim from a President known for making false claims. Also to Biden's credit he at least limited his labeling of Fascism to just the MAGA group where as Trumped painted the label in much broader form to cover Democrats in General.

Big difference between the "POTUS" calling the people a clear and present danger and one citizen calling Biden the enemy, which he is. Trump is the commander in chief and is in a unique position to make such a declaration.
Yeah except Biden limited his labelling of Fascism to just a specific subset of Republicans (MAGAs) rather then the People or Republicans in general. Plus back in 2020 when Trump did the exact same thing he labelled Democrats in General as Fascists instead of limiting it to just a specific subset of Democrats who acted in a Fascist way.

That's only because the POTUS has unique privileges over such materials. Of course he can have top secret stuff that we'd go to prison for possessing, lol. Though, in this case, it's been declassed and awaits public release. Probably withheld do to ongoing investigations, but held legally by Trump because it is evidence of crimes committed against him. He is in a very, very unique and strong position here.
Yeah you just keep telling yourself that.

Let's get back to Turd's crimes. No point in the back and forth insults.
I know you’ll miss me…but perhaps…in a year I’ll drop back into this thread and see there are still no indictments. No crimes. No punishments.

The only point of this thread is to keep insults flowing…feed the need for your own drama. Right Left Red Blue Coke Pepsi. And you started it.

Why the hell people take this shit serious is beyond reasoning. You can’t even fuck with people in the speakers corner without someone crying to mods. It’s so serious to be shit posting in a shit posting section of a pothead forum. Your opinions and views so priceless and important….and moderated so safely.

The sky is always falling and you will always be under it…doing nothing but arguing

This is what you want. This is what you get. Just enjoy.

Thank you for your time. Don’t forget to vote. Blue or Red.

It’s pretty dumbed down. Go figure

You act as if they only found empty folders when in fact they found over 700 pages of classified documents. The purpose of the picture wasn't to say "here's proof that Trump stole classified documents" It was to demonstrate that even an idiot at a glance could tell that within those boxes there were items Trump had no right to possess. You seem to think some how that because the pictures didn't show the classified documents themselves it means they weren't there. The reality is that had those pictures actually showed the classified documents, those pictures would never have been released because that would be revealing highly classified information.

It was true in the case where Donald Trump said it. This is a case of 'whataboutism' failing.
