Cloning cuts 3 weeks into flower?

I kept putting off, and most rooted in rockwool except 2. The ones growing are al messed up and assume will grow out of it. The other 2 the flowers died and turned brown. Under weak fluorescent. Are those 2 goners, or some way for new growth from the brown spots.

If there is some side shoots off the cut that are green still id have a little hope still.
The messed up growth may resemble reveg growth? As well there may be a good idea in re-vegging the mother after harvesting the flower... if thats still a option

As long as they got roots they will bounce out of it and veg like normal .
