Wouldn't it be great if there was a service, that would go to your grow, and do shit for you! Like a Molly Maid... Marijuana Maid?

And they could be hot and dress like French Maids... Wait. Im getting off track.

pretty sure HTG grow supply store offered a service like that, part of their "housing guru" cannabis grow friendly real estate service iiirc. i don't think the hot maid thing was part of it tho :D

Wow, just saw your post Covette Doc, sorry about your loss. We lost my Mom a few years back and I know how devastating it is to lose someone close. Hard to see now I'm sure, but eventually you'll laugh and smile again.

Thank-you VERY much everyone. I think this just hit me at the wrong time. I didn't hurt this bad when my own mom died about 8 years ago. I think I lived too long...should have let the cancer take me instead of fighting it. I have been fighting it for 5 years...I just don't want to have to fight anymore.
I think this was just the final straw for me. I don't know why I was thinking the frost bowl was this coming weekend...like I said I am out of it...maybe I can pull myself together before then.
I just don't want to be around a lot of people if I start loosing it again...I tend to get very violent for no reason when I am like that so I sequester myself so as not to end up in a cell.

Love the pictures of the Blue Moonshine. I wish that I could get the software for my camera(thanks again HP and windows for that!)...I didn't get pictures of anything this year...just that video on my grow is all there is. Figures that I finally got a true purple bud and didn't have a camera...Excuse me if I am a little out of it.

There are 2 different places in Pueblo that offer consulting and building of grows. I don't remember their names but one I was giving Silver Pheasant feathers to them so they wouldn't have to spray paint chicken feathers for their promotions. I remember one told me they will even come in do the trimming and process it into shatter... I do NOT want to see these guys in maid outfits though. Already have enough problems keeping my stomach down.

i heard from a friend of mine who owns a shop that apple was opening up a business account for them, Doesnt do much but offer some discounts but seems like they want to play ball

macs are very user friendly, no idea what they plan to offer but as far as automation controls and what not its a pretty powerful backbone for a system

The Apple Business Team in Cherry Creek is hosting an event in-store on January 26th at 8 a.m., where we will review how to implement, deploy and utilize Apple technology in the cannabis industry. We would like to invite you to the event, to meet others in the same industry, as well as learn more about what services Apple offers to help you and your business.

The Cherry Creek Business Team will present several solutions, and there will be presenters from across the industry speaking towards how they use and have implemented Apple technology in their businesses.

The presenters come from the following verticals:

- Apple integrated retail operation
- Cannabis specific inventory and point of sales system for grows and retail operations
- Cannabis related social networking platform

Towards the end of the event we will offer a networking space for you and other attendees to meet and collaborate with the Business Team, the presenters and others in your industry. We will have representatives from a wide swath of suppliers and services all tailored to the cannabis industry.

I would like to schedule a call later this week, or early next, to talk further about the event, address any questions, and then get you on the attendee list. If you have questions before then, please feel free to reach out to the team at any of the below contacts.

Thanks Jim,

Benjamin Kush

Apple uses a unix core... always has I believe...

If I ever got stuck with one, I'd replace that OS shit with Debian which is much more useful...

!RA!

Having worked in retail IT for the last 15+ years I have no problem whatsoever with a UNIX or Linux OS. Both are stable and secure, and I've tried every flavor of Linux you could name at one time or another. It's the Windows side where all of the problems start. I think the big hurdles are going to be in the compliance area (both cannabis industry and PCI). Kinda curious where Apple is with all that.

the os is solid. hardware may be another thing.

Im curious what you mean by that?

I think the software is solid as well but the hardware cant be an issue if the software is robust. Hardware only does what the software tells it to.

I've been runnin my dual core IMac going on ten years w almost no problems the entire time.

My guess would be automation, seed to sale tracking, integrated security, room controllers, remote access apps, etc.

Probably not a whole lot for growers themselves.
