Some one is going to have to sue the state, since the state is in violation of a64 that was passed by the voters, tax and regulate like alcohol.
The state has not been regulating like alcohol like they've been directed by the law that was passed, is how I feel.

More specificly about taxing and acess. But A model that atually uses brewery's, distilleries, fine wine terroir as examples could go a long way to adding some common sence to the reg system in place now.
Iv always said that it's ironic that the history of alcohol production and it's regulation is chuck full of scandal fraud and finnaly corruption!...
So I say fuck alcohol style regs and use the damn TOMATO MODLE described by Ed Rosenthal.
Anyways. I feel like co's over regulated system if super frustrating.
