Canadian Gorilla vs. Mother Nature

gg love them all . bangi looks real nice and fat leafed. I like the looks of s6 as well. if you put urine close to the area the human odor will deter the deer from getting to close. I have used tampons with ceyote and human urine on tree branches and it works pretty well

Man they are growing very well considering, if they continue to do so for the next two months you will have some decent size plants and greats smoke.

I'm thinking the Serious 6 and DP DP will start too look more alike.

GG I agree that they will be better off un topped due to bad weather. next time I believe I will let mine go on their own for this reason. I have amended my soil so they have what they need at hand. I think this could have something to do with it. I believe they will catch up in a little time as once they get going good they really take off

Hi flboy, Your Bangi bushes are looking awesome. Hard to believe they have only been in the ground 2 months longer than mine. The topping sure brings out the branches. I will top some soon as well. But I feel the natural shape holds up better to the wind and storms.

i can really see the Silica this year working on my plants. i got a few that dont even need to be tied up or staked right now. u can tell how firm they are by grabbing the stalk and giving it a gentle tug. i bought some Diatomacous Earth that i placed around my stems about 1/4 of a cup. there is a guy named Eclipse420 that posted alot of research about DE being really good for PAS silica and it also states that DE will hold and release moisture which is similar to water crystals except u get the benefits of silica as well. Bioag has a new product out that is Humix & silica powder together.

We should have an "Up North" Cannabis Cup :)

I think they have one in Vancouver, B.C. But I could be wrong have never been to any before.

Well I think my ladies got some rain last night, finally. I think I picked a good yr for a stress test. I heard on the news that in June we received half the normal average rainfall. I believe May was about the same. So if they survive this yr then they should really do good on a average yr.
It's this dam global warming. We all do our part by planting the ganja. It grows so fast and sucks up the CO2. But we must do more, so next yr plant a couple extra plants for our planet. Pass the word my friends.
Also save a tree, eat beaver
keep it green

I have extras...well at this point :)

I was hoping for a Cup in Ontario LOL

I also think two guys can start a "cup" ...

Almost photo day....sun's out, yesterday was cloudy and we had rain the day before.

Ohio has had to much rain, hail landed 25 miles north last week.

So, I have had perfect but yet cool weather...rain every few days. Yowza!
Patch should be over knee high for most.

Update time

They are loving the sun, well as much as they get hidden in a forest. No casualties from the drought. Overall growth is alright, but I'm sure with some water they would take off. The farmers in my area are complaining as well. Hay crops are looking bad and they are wondering where to get feed for the cows. blah blah blah lets see some pics.

The bigger plants are reaching about 4 ft in height. I was shocked to see how much difference that putting them in the ground sooner makes. As you know I wasn't ready this season and most sat in temporary pots till I could prep and dig holes. All the biggest plants have been in their final homes the longest. The Bangi Haze are about half the height of the largest ones because I have been waiting for them to sex before putting them in the final spots. (which they still haven't done). More pics tomorrow.

Looking good, my friend! Sorry to hear about your dry weather, we are getting very heavy rain today here. Hoping my plots dont flood to be honest. :)

I'd say just put those plants in the ground. Yield potential is decreased each day they aren't able to spread their roots.

I've grown the durban poison. You will enjoy it for sure. Looking forward to seeing more.
