^the new angle definately has to fall in line with the rising militarization of police forces and how butte is ground zero for that. its a hot topic in the country right now with all the excessive police abuse, and the 4th amendment is very popular now with all the recent court cases beating back the NSA and strengthening lots of personal rights against DEA (cell phone warrant, search dog delay, requirement of proof to insure not medical marijuana, etc)

Just checked the Butte County county staff list and it shows ten people for code enforcement. What happened to just six? We need to figure out how much money they are actually spending on prop A. Looks like they are raiding the county budget for prop A to me.

I just got another inspection request from Tim Torres on a separate property I own. This has no grow, has never had a sign of a grow this year, and on top of all that I just paid the county thousands of dollars to permit a house on that property. Torres harasses the people framing the house, tells them he knows that they are growing "dope" and he needs to inspect my garden. Mind you this cabin has had every inspector in the building process to it this year, building inspector, environmental health, grading inspector, and CDF inspection and on top of that every single inspector that I have been involved with at the building department has been more than helpful, courteous and a pleasure to work with. Every time I have an inspection I have to call my neighbors and let them know that a building inspector is coming through the neighborhood because the first sign of a county vehicle these days brings the fear out in the neighborhood. The Butte County marijuana code enforcement is tarnishing the exceptional work that the Butte County building department does while making their jobs more dangerous because of the building animosity between the growers and code enforcement.

Make him get a warrant and then add that to the case!

On top of all that their is a certain county lawyer who publically declared there be retribution against that property when the red tag was removed at a board of supervisors hearing last summer

wow sounds like targeted checks, conspiracy, extortion, is there any crime butte county won't commit? was it bruce alpert? all these assholes are operating in lockstep with each other, from the judge, sheriff, building development, down to the code enforcement, all these mother fuckers are guilty of conspiracy.

To Forrest ranch and have noticed a new white chopper that has been buzzing up and down the canyon. Can't make out then numbers on it

They were circling pretty good. I didn't even have plant out yet. Maybe someone around. There are a few green houses around that I have seen.
It's my first year here. I ran some good size grows in Durham this last 5 years but this shit sucks.

^even if you are within the box they will still try and come check you out and see how much they can get out of you. you might be in the box, but they are looking for any other possible permit violation to hit you with.

my friend was in the box, but they came and said that the plants would get bigger and that he would need to trim them back to stay inside the box. then they hassled him because he had a swamp cooler on his garage and said only people who have swamp coolers grow dope. they then threatened him with a warrant but havent been back.
