i also know quite a few people who would like to come forward regarding code enforcement violating their 4th amendment rights, and on properties with NO grows on them!

^i heard about that exact story as well from a lady in the yuba patients group. he needs to SUE SUE SUE SUE SUE, that might be the best case we have yet.

also considering the cattle association was one of the biggest backers of measure A, once they hear code enforcement is going around letting peoples cattle run off maybe they will change their attitude.

measure A and code enforcement is out of fucking control!

i will start talking to a few of my neighbors who were subject to this kind of crap. one of my neighbors is a farmer who has a bunch of animals on his property. they served him two inspection requests in a week when he had no garden, nothing visible from air. they used his inspection request to get a better look at my shops air conditioners and plumbing, and served warrant only 2 days after visiting neighbor.

i think thats why they are stalling on the warrant affidavit they know they didn't do things properly.
