Can a nitrogen toxicity lockout calcium? I think veg+bloom at 1tsp a gallon was causing a massive nitrogen toxicity for some of my plants as now I'm in the last week of flower and showing signs of a calcium deficiency with signs of a strong nitrogen toxicity
i don't know enough about the nutrient elements to say yes or no to that question , but i'm sure someone will .
but Brain , i think you should invest in a couple meters . PH & EC meters will tell you exactly whats going into your pots as feed .
1tsp in a 5 gallon bucket of RO water is 200tds = .4EC so at a 1tsp per gallon your looking at 1000tds = 1.0EC if your using RO water , if your using tap , add that EC to it too & you could very well be feeding to much .
