I will have it up shortly. I had to prepare to transplant and it took longer than expected.

Sorry.

Hello all,

V does the addition og humic and fluvic acids lower your tea's pH?

My tea pH is always between 8.0-8.5.

I use vinegar for pH down and let the D.lime and let the soil control the swing as vinegar is a weak acid.

Anyway, even though the soil with sufficient humus (organic matter) I like to pH down to low 6's anyway.

Hey all, finally update time and time to go to flower in two days.

Thai, good to see you again.

MI, it has been a while how have you been? Well in general Humic and Fulvic acids will lower the ph value of the soil over time. As, far as my tea goes I adjust it to the mid 6's and then add the nutrients.....fulvic or humic acids. I generally do not check the ph after I brew the tea. I tend not to worry to much about it any more with the dolomite lime. I did have a slight problem this time with the Mushroom compost being a little alkaline. I corrected this with humates added to the soil. They are doing good now.

Now for the final veg update.

Soil mixture is

1 stage soil 8-5 gallon buckets with amendments stated in the first post. It has been cooking for about 10 weeks now.
I then took 8-5 gallon buckets of un-amended soil and mixed together.

Un-amended soil consisted of
Peat
EWC
Organic composted peat
Mushroom compost
and a little organic composted cow manure
Dolomite lime at standard addition 2 per gallon
Perlite

It came out to roughly 80 gallons of soil.

I then added
80 TBS of High P guano (Indonesian)
40 TBS of bone meal
TurfPro-http://www.turfprousa.com/4 TBS per 5 gallon of soil
TurfPto is approved by Dr. Ingham as a soil additive

Here are some before and after pictures of transplanted kids. And did I have one hell of a time stuffing all those in that little closet. I will switch to square containers next time. I have too many females this time. I had a high count that was not expected. LOL

Here are some shots. I will post up some more tomorrow. I'm tired and I need to sleep.

Thats all for tonight. The lights go back soon and we will have lots of Bud porn for Master Suby.

Hey smurf, How have you been? Good to see you around. We are coming along. I let them go for a long vegetative period. And then tied them up. Should provide for some good bud porn shortly.

Jiggy, I have my problems also. It is not always peaches and cream. I try not to smoke when I'm mixing and write everything down. I have added double the amount of lime before or forgot it totally. LOL And then wonder why my plants are not performing up to my standards.

Hey jiggy, thanks for the props on the kids.

I add EWC, molasses, guanos, mushroom compost and other things and this does give me that "get your plants going" mixture. by the time the plants are transplanted the amendments are ready to be absorbed by the plants.

I used OF for a while and had good results but was always guessing about what was coming up short. I like to veg my plants for a long time though.

I get better results by making my own soil. I also re-use it. I just add amendments for what ever phase I'm growing and let it sit for a period of time.

I have soil that has been sitting for months and even longer. I know what is in there exactly and I have to do no guessing. I then just feed lightly with teas to keep the microbial count high in the soil.

Fool proof or stoner proof.

Scoop Away has 40lb buckets...biggest I've seen and only in a few stores. It looks like a 5gal sized bucket.

Quick update........

they are all doing really good right now and have recieved their second watering.

It was a simple one this time.

Per 5 gallons of water

4 TBS liquefied Hydrolyzed Fish Poop
4 TBS of Liquid seaweed
4 TBS of molasses

I gave them each about 1 gallon of nutrient solution this time. Some did not need as much as the others but received a feeding any way but slightly less.

They have received their last N feeding from here on out the N source will only come from the soil and the little that is in the guano. I will use Indonesian for the first couple of feedings and then switch to Budswell for the final ones.

Here are some pictures of the group.

A few Stonehedges This one is showing flowers the fastest and is showing the most branches of the Stonehedges and will most likely be kept.

And a slow to develop BBXShiva I kept but it looks pretty good for a slow starter.

I am seeing good results so far in the TurfPro. It contains Fulvic and Humic acids and has added a lot of micro kiddies to the soil on a continuous bases.

Soon we will have big buds! I can't wait.

But until then..........Keep it green brothers.....Deep green!

Hey Dig. Thanks again for the props.

Undertaker, I'm at about 1 week in flower and I use a 1K light with a Hortilux Super blue for flowering and will switch to a HPS Hortilux at week 4.

Sup von, I gotta come by and give some love to ya. I've been over in water world for a while, trying to understand all of that stuff as best as possible. I'll be throwing a bunch of little guys outdoors in a little while (late plants = small plants, also why so many) and be using my good old down to earth style of growing. I wish soil worked like it does outdoors, indoors.

Brother pumpkin, how have you been. Missed you around here as of late. Thanks for stopping by.

I like to late plant also. August 1 is what I generally shoot for but this year I will lay low due to the Forestry Dept finding my spot last year. Got to keep the old head low.

Come on back the buds are on their way soon.
