They have good produce selection but their prices are too high and I'm not sure how I feel about going to 2-3 different grocery stores to get stuff.
4-5 years ago when I was going through stuff too and was on deaths door step. I was in and out of the hospital and I didn't let on how bad I was. I might have been in denial of how bad I was, or didn't realize.
From what I went/lived through I have a bit of an incite on how bad of shape he could be in. I know, I don't know what Dan is physically going through but I have an idea I.
I have a hard time writing about emotional things, feelings for friends, loved ones, family, and my self. I haven't said much since we all heard about Dan. I've been torn all up from hearing the news and hearing he's getting worse. Then with what you all have be trying to do for him.
Joe, if you are going to go see Dan. I think you should go as soon as possible, please don't put it off. I'd hope that his family wouldn't mind one of his friends stopping by for a bit to see Dan. I think I know how much that will mean for Dan. I'd hope his family would feel the same way

Make sure you are inspecting ur garden well this time of year. The colder it gets the more pests want to get in where its warm. Any type of crawler can be taken care of without spraying plants. Spray all areas any plants are in. Floors, walls, ceilings, pots, tools, tents.

supposed to drop into the 20's tonight,should pretty much kill the last bugs in the garden,didnt see many the other day,but like hammer said,a good time to clean the nooks and crannies and use barrier sprays to kill any eggs they lay to overwinter...
thank god for free cooling season...been a struggle the last few months,barely keeping the lights on here...

Kinda at a loss for words right now. Dans in bad shape and probably not gonna be around much longer. His days are few and there's not a damn thing we can do about it. He's not strong enough to handle the surgery and is going down hill fast.

Yesterdays pic at 26 days of the piff still reaching for the skyline I had to bend all tops .will be doing it again in few days. she don't stop stretching at 3 weeks seems like she can go on and flower forever .I'm still trying to dial her really not for inexperienced grower she a low feeder then at 4th week can eat little more then goes back to eating less she just drives me crazy lol it's like chasing a rollercoaster every week ..

We do the same here. I have a stainless green scrap container under my sink. It even has a carbon filter to keep any odor from seeping out. All year long I dump that into an outdoor compost bed. Coffee, tea banana peels and all veggie trimmings. My son relies almost entirely on the earth worms providing valuable ferts for free. The ground is crawling with them 2 inches below the compost topping. They absolutely love to eat pot leaves. He also makes the fermented Korean fruit juices to supplement.

Yeah I was thinking about Dan all night. I got bummed, drank some beer and went to bed at 630. Got up and put out the candle at midnight after saying another prayer, and went back to bed sad. Its a trip how people you have never met in person grow on you after time passes.
