i think whole foods owns sprouts....too expensive for me to actually shop there for everything,plus to be honest the psuedo yuppies are far more annoying than the wallyworld patrons although of course theres way more hotties (such as they are around here) in the fancy mart...i mainly go there for bakery stuff and snack stuff for bike rides...i might start buying meat there since im trying to cut down on how much meat i eat and substituting beans and cutting the typical,already fairly small portion of meat...

The ex wife did cleaning and transport for the last decade plus, until cleaning dropped from over $200 per lb, to $100.
Now she went to work for Sprouts, and does an outdoor run each year for extra cash. She runs OGMango, and a few other crosses

Really sad news. I wish I had known he was Catholic. I was just on a trip with my son that included a few days in Rome. We lit a candle for my mom in a beautiful cathedral, Santa Maria in Trestavere. I wish I could have lit one for him as well

The fires here in CALI are bad. I'm hundreds of miles away from the County Fire. The air quality is super bad here. You can see the smoke haze outside.

It was bad here this summer. was hard to breath at night due to the smoke. During the day the smoke would be high in the air but once the night would come around about 12-1am and the smoke would just be pushed all the way down to ground level.

Got some Chinese food on the way..Fingers crossed there Honey prawns are good. Never tried this place.

one nice thing about this town...nothing to burn really,doesn't rain enough to flood at my house,pretty far away from tornado country,no big earthquakes,no hurricanes...we do however have volcanoes... none are listed as active,but we do have a few hot spots in the state...

Glg offered to pay in advance for half the bins. I told him to hold off because a lump sum may be needed more.

I don't know the whole story but this is worse than dan has let on. He's in such bad shape and his bp is low. I'm gonna try to go see him soon but not sure when I can get free. Had plans to spend a few days with him in December when I got for an east cost gathering but that may not happen.
I don't know his family but hope they accept me barging into their lives to see my friend.
