in your pics the Ajust a wings are killing the gavita.

Lol no I'm running 26,000 watts.in this set up.not 200 under 1 . 1000. In bloom 2 plants per 1000

hey jack some of my fan fets are barely pissin, do u drill out the emitters to make life easier. i am runnin a 3/4hp pump to 8 pepcos at a time.

that would be pretty awesome if you could only run 3kw of gavita for every 4x16 area....but yea could be a sales pitch. i guess you could run one 4x16 section under 3 and another 4x16 under 4 to do the test yourself?

jack have you guys ever done 5x5 areas under each 1kw, so 5x10 beds instead of 4x8....

A 600 out of the box will light up a 4x4 no problem. There is a thread here where a guy used a 600 for a 5x5 tent and killed it.

I think the only way to get a true measure of what they can do is capture the light overlap. I do not think Jack would be able to move two lanes together but, without doing that it might not be a fare test to the gavita.

Jack man to run (3) gavita DE over (2) 4x8' tables you need to crank the ballasts up to 1150 watts. They run more efficient at 1150w than 1000w so you get more bang for your buck.

Additionally wazzup will show you the math on why you need to run them at 1150.

Always a fan.

true side by side master. I have used hps for years and now my room is gavitas, Im sold. Hoping the side by side turns out well for you and I myself and uncertain about the footprint as I have 600s in my space but 3 stackers over a 4x8?.. we shall see I suppose.

Been lurking and learning for nearly a year here , I am in the UK and wondering if Caps Bennies are sold closer to home in Europe the shipping costs are just too much from the USA

Not sure would need more details like line size we use all 1" pvc and 1 hp pumps..We have drilled and removed the washer inside the octa bubblers for more flow.. JACK

Never did a 5x5 but in reality are 4x4 tables end up close to 5x5 with the trellis we build the trellis bigger then the beds to allow us to open the plants up even more if that makes any since..:tiphat:

If the Gavita is turned side ways I am capturing all the light now if I face the buld in the same direction as the beds then the light would hit the next isle over but thats not what Im trying to do...
