Glad its working for you bro..Wow. Thanks for all the comparisons. I have been trying the canna coco base + aptus and teas this feed this cycle in 1 4x8 and it looks to be the best by far. Thanks Jack for sharing all this experience and knowledge.
When you double up in these weeks jack are you still only feeding them once a week with aptus? Thought I read you were giving them 2-3 feeds a week during the first 3 weeks of flower and didn't know if that was just fascillitor or the whole aptus program? Thanks bud. Just getting ready to flip to flower
By the way. Now that I've been trellising my plants on this grow I can definitely see the benefits to this technique.
To be honest there is no difference on where you set the bulb on the reflector adjuster I have tried higher and lower but there is no difference... Now as far as the actual height of the Adjusto wing it all depends on strain the Adjusto wing blast the plants with light the most light is in between 2 adjusto wings, But typically I run my lights pretty high with OG i run the lights at least 3 to 4 ft above canopy, But other strains I can run at 2.5 ft.. Your grow looks really good, You should be on cruise control from here on out... JACKKiller grow and thanks for all the info it inspired me to give coco a full run and its killing it
One Q How high do you set your bulb in the adjust a wing. Im seeming to be getting a really bright spot off the edge of the reflector ? I have them spread all the way and the bulb really close to the hood
Heres where Im at 27 day bloom H&G + aptus and caps tea

With a fully sealed and fully insulated room we run 2 x 5 tons or 1 x 10 ton units for every 20 to 25 lights the 40 k room has 2- 5 ton splits and 1- 10 ton package unit for a total of 20 tons of achow many ton ac do you run im your 40 light room. Whats your math and estimating how much btu u will need. I know cieling hight and insulation and location factor.
im over ducting and manifolds
Yep 20 tons...If a 5 ton goes down we can still keep running it is 100 plus during the summer and heat is never an issue..And all the ac's arent on 24 hrs a day they cycle on and off keeps us from taxing the equipment and the power..man every once in a while i come in here and catch up on this thread and shits always on point nice work
^joe, ive always gone with 1000W = 6000btu or a half ton of AC, which is more than enough in my modest set up, but i am very curious to hear what jack is up too 20 tons of AC would be ridiculous hahahahahahaha
Im pretty sure Jack has said 2.5 ton per 10k

Chow Mix side...They will start getting a major leaf pluck tomorrow and all the way until chop..View Image
End of week 5 give or take a few days nothing is exact..We try to do it every couple day up until harvest ..Exept the ones growing out of the bud sites..This really helps the lower part of the plants finish and ripen up bumping yield way up.. Any one who tells you it does not has not grown thousands of plants and tried removing fan leaves and not removing fan leaves.. Of course there are some strains that do better leaving the fan leaves but nothing that I have grown yet with the exception of forum cut cookies but I am going to do both with fan leaves and removing them...JACKDo you start fan leaf plucking starting in week 5? How many are you plucking and at what intervals?
I kept wondering whether or not it was beneficial to the yield but kept reading it would 1. shock the plants and 2. the fan leaves worked as the plants solar panels so keeping them wouldnt matter as they would feed and produce for the rest of the plant.
now ive seen you mention it and definitely have seen other large scale growers strip their plants down to the point where the only leaves left are the ones growing out of the bud sites.
