Zamaldelica

I had to put everything outdoors in their final home early last night.

Minor leaf damage from an object smashing plants flat three days ago. No longer flat thank Jah.

The smallest Zamaldelica is sticky on the entire plant, and even with it's size smelled up the entire room, and is darker green than the others by many shades. There is a new Z hidden underneath the canopy so there are 4 Zamaldelica total with two in one pot. The Kumaonis are growing 10cm a day right now and twice the height of my tallest Zamaldelica which itself is 3x the height of my Red Diesel and Parvati Jungli. Very strong smell from all plants. Feeding kelp, cayenne, cinnamon, cumin, diatomaceous earth, honey as a foamy compost tea.

Got to keep on walking on the road to Zion.

Firstly, Ive got to say how happy I am to have a slight bit of difference
Within this variety. I'm not sure when my seed stock is from, no dates, but I'm quite happy to have a semi-auto flowering Zamal alongside a seemingly Thai dominant zam.

Without further ado, pictures.
Zam #1, quite large, Thai dom. It's sprawling now, but yearns to be upright.

Zam #2, semi-auto, zamal dom. She's feisty. Other plants are running into roadblocks, but she will tank through with an air of confidence.
That's not a smoke report, but a serious vibe one feels around this plant.

Hey Bona fortuna, i got one zamal outdoor that started flowering more than 2 weeks ago. Im northen hem... 42 degrees where plants usually start flowering mid july. Maybe its some trait that makes them flower earlier... mine is from a feminized pack ...
Structure very similar to yours, next time i get photos going to post so you can see what im talking about.

Quite surprised with this plant, in a good way. See u

28°N and no clues of gender. I love them :) Probably I will visit my friend today to have a look how they are. Are zam X zam, from a winter crop of this year, so not straight from ace.

F2 or privately collected?

If f2, I understand why they are wanting to be later. More chances of tropical expressions.
Also things tend to flower later, naturally, the lower in latitude you go.

The smells from my Thai dom are subtle.
The best I can say is that the smell is more savory. Not a sharp spice, yet not a veg smell either. A happy medium between the two. Thinking light sage with a deeper, mysterious background smell.

The smells from my zamal dom is that of a more fruity kind. Distinct rememberance of peaches or apricots and that same sage/savory smell from the Thai dom. Stems are already incredibly resinous.

Dear Bona Fortuna, to be honest I am quite a dummy with genetic. They were 2 zamaldelica seeds (from ace) crossed each other.... Is that f1 or f2?
I am going directly to the breeders threads :)

Now that you mention it, I'd swear I got that smell from Thai Chi! And is part of its smoke taste...

Not on my Zam, more on the fruity mango slight incensey.

Who after a month outdoors stalled, started re-sprouting, or I'd say re-preflowering... looks apparently happy after further bud remnants trimming and a repot with good light peat organic soil. (transitioned from coco indoors).

Instead of that mutant sprouts I'm used to when a reflower takes place, she kind of kept stasis, then started suddenly to grow "everything right straight" (for a pre-flowering phase), and vigorously, I have to say.

Specially after considering spider mites and potassic/neem baths periodically on her each and other day... (pic was taken 30 minutes after a thorough soak with water, raw neem oil, hydrogen peroxide, sugar and couple drops of dish soap)

I'm keeping her on a gentle-sun-hours-only place so far. Moment I see her established on her new shoes, and absolutely free from spider mites, I'll bring her with the rest of ACE sisters with sun at full blast.

Looks Malawi to me, the third a little more Thai leaning maybe

Those "mean looking" leaves on the two first are Malawi lineage signature definitely

Post horizontal shots, so that her "legs" structure can be seen...

Kalichina, Zamadelica, Malawi

Hi,
I am new. I wanted to post a picture. Left from front counterclockwise is Kalichina, Zamaldelica, Malawi, Matanuska Thunderfuck, then Malawi in the middle. 4x4 Tent, end of week two 12/12. Foxfarm Ocean Forrest (had issues with the soil being too rich with resulting nutrient burn first 4 weeks of veg but then normalized out). I feed very lightly, but include calmag, kelp, a little fox farm bloom). I have grown Grinspoon in the past and learned Sativas don't like to be overfed. Thank you.

Thank you for the kind words. Sativas are my favorite. I have kinda gravitated towards them from all of the mixes that are all over. There is something pure and spiritual about them. They have also taught me patience.

Hi Tangwena,
I am going to try your cobbing techniques. I started Vac sealing my stash because I lost so much to mold. Humidity is high were I live. I would like to try your technique and vacume seal it in those corn wrappers.
