Yes, but anything over 6 plants/8 ounces (in general, its different per county) will still get you in trouble at a 'state' level. that is still the guidelines set forth in SB420/Prop 215 until its "amended" (that magical word again.. But if a medical patient is busted the prosecution will not be able to hold "being over by x amount of plants" against you, as long as its under 100 plants, which is the threshold for Federal offense...

Look, i joined this debate to voice my opinion on Legalization and ignorance amongst my American brothers & sisters, oh and to get my post count over 50 so i can get a custom Avatar. I've made my point and i'm at 57 posts including this one, woot! Thanks for the debate, it was real! And please vote YES on this bill. It will keep every Californian out of jail for having a bag of weed on them and growing in their closet. That is a fair move forward for starters...Look at what law enforcement loses, millions of arrests which translates into 100's of million of lost forecasted income.. think about it.. Vote yes my friends, and keep voting yes on any bill that move legalization forward..

Sorry, Prop 125 is still law, you can get the most current version from NORML and you will see the 6 plant/8 ounce limit still applies until a new amendment TO Prop 215 is put forward. Prop 19 does not address it..
i'm quoting the law, which is there for all to see... debates get you heated obviously, then dont have one my freind...
I'm speaking about California since we are talking about Prop 19... Feds wont touch a case in california unless its over 99 plants, or unless "other" offenses tied to the growing/posesssion charge are drastic, then they may federally prosecute you for less than 100 plants..

You have to think,,, Lee HAS to know that this could be his un-doing if shit hits the fan,, so he has to be geared up in case they bring him in and this goes to trial.
And if Hes going to rep legalizing it in a court case that will be viewed by millions nationally,, at least it's some Non threatening looking guy in a wheel chair. That will look more legit than alot of other dispensary owners I know who look more like b-real or a meth cook....
