first grow i ever posted on here was tangerine which i got from a bagseed in a pound of Tangerine Dream back in 2006. My cut was straight tangerines, none of the cheesy undertones that the 'tangie' has. It also finished in 7 weeks with big fat buds. If i could get her back i would run that shit indoors all day.

LOL actually newbies trying to grow OGs should decrease their yields…i remember when i first started and you got me that OG cut my yields were terrible had no idea how to grow OG properly. took me a few years to learn how to properly trellis her and run her before i could average 1.5 per 4x4.
if they grow blue dream their yields will be huge! luckily most youngsters who are entering this market are going to have a hard time saving up to be any kind of factor, most are blowing their grow profits on air jordans instead of reinvesting. and shit indoor margins are so fucking terrible right now that its gonna be hard to get their heads above water. its basically a full-time mid grade paying job nowadays if your running a few bedrooms at home, not like the old days where you can actually stack up quickly off 10kw.

The Santa Rosa Press Democrat reports that the Pinoleville Pomo Nation has contracted to build a $10 million facility to grow marijuana indoors. A Colorado-based grower and a Kansas-based grower and casino investor are expected to grow thousands of marijuana plants on the tribe's rancheria in Mendocino County.
Representatives of the groups say the operation will open in February north of Ukiah.
Medical marijuana is legal in California and many expect voters to legalize recreational marijuana use next year. Mendocino Country authorities say the tribal operation will be exempt from all local and most state regulation.

From what I gather a lot of brokers in the midwest are already receiving large quantities of product from reservation land.
I know a few brokers who source in the CA, OR, CO scenes, but I'm fairly certain a lot of their big packs do come from reservation land and have been for many many moons
. The Feds turn a blind eye to it all supposedly.
To them, it's not about how many plants they can grow, but how much land they have.
Outdoor however....
..just what I've heard. I'm curious if legitimization of these sources will cause more of the product to stay in the state's it's produced in or if it'll still quickly find it's way east.

Reservation grows are nothing new but they are guerrilla style mostly still. These grows will be as legitimate as possible being that they are being financed and run by these new industry corporations. My question is where will distribute? Will they retail on site? Will they hit the road to bring their product to other dispenseries? I don't get their angle with it not being legal yet in CA. I seriously doubt they cross state lines but with there being no regulations there will be no accounting for where it goes. It'll be interesting either way.
god damn reservation fucks! i was just thinking today about the native american me and my crew met at a local bar a month back. he kept flashing his wallet full of brand new crisp blue 100s bragging about how he got checks every month and how his tribe owns the local casinos and make tons of money. i know a few local friends as well who are only 1/4th native and still collect checks. its absolutely crazy!
but what also pisses me off is hearing some CO based grower who has already been able to make a killing in CO bringing his operation to CA. sorry but fuck that noise, the CO and WA crowd already has their slice of the pie no need to cut out local californians.

No chance. CA will dominate! There is a reason there is so much poverty on the reservation! It's all about Cali farmland the most productive in the world! Farmers are starving for a new crop to plant; MJ will be the savior for many! When Cali legalizes you will see MJ planted on an unimaginable scale. No need for outside $$$ either, plenty of $$$ if your connected as many have been raised in farming communities. There is a reason Humboldt folks fear the Central Valley!! Many farmers with net worth in the hundreds of millions, their children grew up smoking MJ !! Bye bye CO

Also they will take their seeds & utilize a Genetic Analyzer.... MAS marker assisted selection or marker aided selection this is how the real breeders breed!!! No more planting & waiting for selection! Current MJ breeders can scramble & try to patent their seeds but it's just a waste of time! Why patent inferior genetics?
