2 Brazil nuts provides more than the recommended daily allowance of selenium. In fact, the nuts are so stout in the stuff that I've even read some warnings about selenium toxicity involving Brazil nuts. Fortunately, Ive eliminated refined sugars from about 95 percent of my diet. Sure sounds good though.venison & pan-fried peaches...brown sugar on the peach, or just melt some butter & fling 'em on there? looks killer!
