When we get seriously sick not many can afford to get any treatments the Dr recommend. This year 2 of the women I grew up with got diagnosed with Leukemia. 1 has passed, the other just started chemo. Neither could afford it. Both had to setup a go fund me page. For us we don't have much of a choice. We can go bankrupt as we die or just die.

thats horrific, but specially horrific in a nation that spends more on health care then anyone else.

Why should people wear masks?

Yes it is.

Not really as in not much. It is more contact as most people do not develop a lung based infection of any kind as they are asymptomatic.

But you can continue wearing masks forever for me, its your right isnt it?.. Also its flu season now which is a real aerosol spread virus that kills 200,000+ a year every year so its a great idea to not spread that because all those deaths will go down as covid hence why the influenza death statistics for last season werent released.

Is it really the main way of infection? I just seen an article claiming it can live on money up to 28 days. Sure you probably can catch it from the air, but if it can live almost a month on paper, inhalation is probably not the main cause of infection. The amount of people I see constantly touching their masks to adjust them can't be too good.

Not too mention that airborne virus can still get in your eyes.
