got that happening here, but it started before the virus. lots of well-off folks that retired to Florida have realized that it is too hot, too crowded, too expensive, too many hurricanes, just TOO... they are moving halfway back to where they lived before, and that happens to be east & central TN, western NC, and much of Virginia. places that were family farms are cut up & quarter million dollar homes sprout up like mushrooms after a warm spring rain. fuck 'em...go back home to die.

In two months, we will be looking at 33% more deaths over a ten month period, than the total US deaths for the second world war over a period of four years.


Suggesting everything is fine while knowing otherwise, is beyond shameful.

As a scientist I usually give benefit of the doubt and say “well, this stuff is confusing and doesn’t make sense for some.” No excuse here - tons of data pouring into the peer-reviewed journals every day, every country with reports, yada yada. many people simply do not wish to be educated.
