"But wait!! There's more!!"

Not that the US has a history of playing global chess and fucking the place up or anything.
Using a Saudi led terrorist attack as the impetus to convert Iraq from US strategic partner to Iranian proxy was a master stroke 🤔

lol the Saudis hate Israel too. Every country in the middle east would topple Israel if they thought they had a chance

I was referring to bombing Iraq into the third world after 9/11. Regarding Saudi Arabia; they don’t recognise Israeli sovereignty, but also do not want Iranian regional dominance, which gives them reason to work with Israel.

Meaning TikTok dummies targeting all blue and white flags as Israeli, not actual attacks on the Jewish diaspora
the performative narratives obediently pantomimed by tiktok dummies who target what they perceive as israel flags and actual attacks on the Jewish diaspora share - in no small part - the Islamic Republic of Iran as point-of-origin.

I thought the TikTok stuff might have had something to do with Israel killing tens of thousands of civilians, but we live we learn.

Is defending Israeli actions also a performative narrative obediently pantomimed, with the state of Israel as its point of origin?

Oh, so a private industry version of the Chinese/Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region model.
I have to wonder what the fallout might be if I began raising money to send pro-Palestinian mercenaries to Gaza? I mean, I think it's an overdue idea and plan, though Homeland Security, the CIA, the DoD, the Oval Office, and a few others might get irritated by the thought. But as far as I know, my conscience is still my own to follow, right?

beirut. so cool how we're just gonna repeat the whole "xxx financed health ministry" "xxx financed bank" on repeat while thousands of people die and we pretend israel is the victim.

Hard to say. Myself? I think not. (Nor do I think I am defending Israeli actions - that's another conversation.)

I point to the fact that until early 2024 I did not agree to the label "Zionist." That I do so now is a new development. That change didn't come from any sense of connectedness to that place, or any place. That change was instigated by what has been a global phenomenon: one not born in the Islamic Republic of Iran, but certainly in its most recent iteration nurtured and broadcast from there.

I describe embodiments of this phenomenon, with their obedient groupthink and preformative sanctimony as pantomime merely because of how thoroughly its loudest exponents have beclowned themselves.

Examples abound.

absolutely. you might sleep with a clear conscience in a prison cell, but yes. :good:
In other words, in the land of that fabled equal protection under the law, I should soon be seeing a headline pertaining to the Israeli-American who's funding pro-Israeli mercenaries going to prison soon? Asking for a friend, while contemplating wording for a unique Go-Fund-Me post.

You'll have much more success with this idea on GiveSendGo, trust me.

“Advocacy organizations supporting Israel in its war with Hamas have spent roughly 100 times more on advertising via Meta’s social media platforms in the last month compared to groups aligned with Palestinians and Arabs, according to an analysis by POLITICO.”

“Whether driven by individual choice or algorithmic influence, audiences on Instagram tend to engage more with the pro-Palestine, anti-war narrative. This prompts influencers to create content around these topics, and, subsequently, algorithms push such content to users' feeds, perpetuating the cycle.”

“How Israel conducts itself in the West Bank has implications that go well beyond the fate of Palestinians. The contest that pits Israel’s security establishment against the ascendant far right and its settler allies is not over whether Israel should use force in Gaza, stop occupying the West Bank, or make concessions to help find a solution to the decades-old conflict. It’s a clash over the security of the Israeli state, which for many Israelis is a battle over its identity. Israel could heed the warnings of security officials such as Bar or it could continue to be guided by the imperatives of the far right.”

It took 30 years before Israel had a right wing government, in large part because they were too reminiscent of the European fascists. Now we’re at a point where Netanyahu has been in power for 17 years, his government stacking zealots in key positions, and he attempting to consolidate power and undermine democratic institutions.

In short, Bibi is Trump with a Yamika.
